铁尾矿砂混凝土与钢筋粘结锚固性能研究

【摘要】:随着建筑业的迅速发展,对于混凝土的需求量也在日益增长,混凝土的砂、石等原材料出现了严重的危机。而随着冶金工业的发展,铁尾矿砂的产生量不断增加,铁尾矿砂的存在严重破坏了周围的自然环境。试验采用的铁尾矿砂混凝土是在加入一定添加剂的条件下,利用铁尾矿砂代替普通河砂。目前,,国内外对铁尾矿砂混凝土的研究主要集中在其材料性能方面,但是缺少对铁尾矿砂混凝土结构性能的研究。试验主要研究钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结锚固性能,并与普通混凝土的相应的性能进行比较,同时研究其粘结锚固公式。 试验研究了钢筋与铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结锚固性能,根据72个粘结锚固试件,剖析了两种不同的混凝土在不同的强度等级(C20;C30;C40)和不同直径(12mm;16mm;20mm;25mm)的钢筋(HRB335)的粘结滑移曲线。试验共有三种试验现象,分别为混凝土劈裂、钢筋被拔出、钢筋颈缩,与理论描述相同。不同强度等级和不同直径的铁尾矿砂混凝土的粘结滑移,上升段相差不大,强度越低下降越快;与普通混凝土的全曲线相比,变化趋势大致相同,与理论的粘结滑移曲线上升段和下降段变化大致相同。 总之,通过试验研究得知,铁尾矿砂混凝土与钢筋的粘结锚固性能与普通混凝凝土的基本一致。故在粘结锚固性能方面,铁尾矿砂可完全替代普通河砂,即铁尾矿砂混凝土可以用于建筑结构中,从而达到了既解决了普通混凝土用砂紧缺的问题,又达到了合理利用铁尾矿砂的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the construction industry, the demand for concrete is also increasing day by day. The raw materials such as concrete sand and stone are in serious crisis. With the development of metallurgical industry, the production of iron tailings is increasing. The existence of iron tailings has seriously damaged the surrounding natural environment. The iron tailings concrete used in the test is to replace the ordinary river sand with iron tailings under the condition of adding certain additives. The research of iron tailings concrete at home and abroad is mainly focused on its material properties, but it is lack of research on the structural performance of iron tailings mineral sand concrete. The experiment mainly studies the bond and anchoring performance of steel bar and iron tailings concrete. The performance of concrete is compared with that of ordinary concrete, and the formula of bond Anchorage is studied at the same time. The bond anchoring behavior of steel bar and iron tailings concrete is studied. According to 72 bonded anchoring specimens, The bond-slip curves of two kinds of concrete with different strength grades (C20C30C40) and different diameters (12mm / 16mm / 20mm / 25mm) are analyzed. The bond-slip behavior of iron tailings concrete with different strength grades and different diameters is similar to that of concrete with different strength grades and diameters. The lower the strength is, the faster the strength decreases, and the change trend is roughly the same compared with the whole curve of ordinary concrete. The change of the upward and descending sections of the bond-slip curve is approximately the same as that of the theoretical bond-slip curve. In a word, the experimental study shows that the bond anchoring performance of iron tailings concrete and steel bar is basically the same as that of ordinary coagulant soil. Therefore, iron tailings can completely replace ordinary river sand in terms of bond and anchoring properties. That is to say, the iron tailings concrete can be used in the building structure, which not only solves the problem of the shortage of sand for ordinary concrete, but also achieves the purpose of making rational use of iron tailings.
