中冶虞山尚园工程全过程造价咨询管理控制模式研究

【摘要】：全过程造价管理已经成为目前工程领域一项重要的内容,也是工程管理中一项项的领域,全过程造价包括从工程咨询到工程验收的整个生命周期,同时工程造价的工具以及所使用的方法也都发生了重大的改变。虽然工程全过程造价已经在发达国家具有丰富的经验,但是我国工程全过程造价管理还处于起步的阶段,我国工程全过程造价仅仅涉及到工程的建设阶段。因此本文分析了目前我国工程全过程造价中普遍存在的相关问题,试图寻找适合我国工程管理的工程全过程造价的方法途径,期望能够对我国工程全过程造价起到一定的借鉴和促进作用。本论文以“全过程造价管理”的相关内涵入手,结合信昌公司对中冶虞山尚园一期工程全过程造价管理的案例,对工程项目全造价咨询服务进行了全面的分析和研究。在研究中,重点分析研究了中冶虞山尚园一期工程全过程造价的现状以及存在的问题,根据工程项目建设的生命周期对每个阶段的造价服务逐步进行了分析和研究,在此基础上分析了目前中冶虞山尚园一期工程全过程造价中存在的问题和不足。然后构建了中冶虞山尚园一期工程全造价控制的模式,全面的对中冶虞山尚园一期工程给出造价咨询服务。最后利用定量分析方法对全造价咨询服务的风险控制和效果评价进行了分析和研究,对于全过程造价咨询服务起到了一定的理论和实践意义。
[Abstract]:The whole process cost management has become an important content in the engineering field at present, and it is also an area in the engineering management. The whole process cost includes the whole life cycle from engineering consultation to project acceptance. At the same time, the tools and methods used in engineering cost have also changed greatly. Although the whole process cost of engineering has already had rich experience in developed countries, the cost management of the whole process of engineering in our country is still in its infancy. The whole process cost of the project in our country is only related to the construction stage of the project. Therefore, this paper analyzes the related problems that exist in the whole process cost of the project in our country at present, and tries to find the method way of the whole process cost of the project that is suitable for the project management in our country. This paper starts with the relevant connotation of "whole process cost management", and combines the case of Xinchang Company to the whole process cost management of the first phase project of Zhongye Yushan Shangyuan Project. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis and research on the whole cost consulting service of the engineering project. In the research, the present situation and the existing problems of the whole process cost of the first phase project of Yushan Shangyuan Project in Zhongye are analyzed and studied emphatically. According to the life cycle of project construction, the cost service of each stage is analyzed and studied step by step. On this basis, this paper analyzes the existing problems and shortcomings in the whole process cost of the first phase of the Zhongye Yushan Shangyuan Project, and then constructs the mode of the full cost control of the first phase of the Zhongye Yushan Shangyuan Project. The cost consulting service is provided for the first phase of the project of Yushan Shangyuan in Zhongye. Finally, the risk control and effect evaluation of the whole cost consulting service are analyzed and studied by using the quantitative analysis method. It plays a certain theoretical and practical significance to the whole process cost consultation service.
