【摘要】:随着环保节能与可持续发展越来越成为当今房屋建筑业的热点问题,以及墙改工作的深入开展,蒸压灰砂砖作为一种新型墙体材料应运而生。它有着取材方便、价格低廉、生产能耗底、隔热效果好、抗压强度高等一系列的优点,同时在制作过程中节土、节能、减少环境污染,逐渐的被应用于农村和中小城市的房屋建筑之中。但是蒸压灰砂砖也有些不足,由于其表面光滑、吸水失水滞后性,含水率不易控制,导致其与砂浆的粘结能力差、抗剪强度低,经大量的试验研究发现,蒸压灰砂砖砌体抗剪强度只有普通粘土砖抗剪强度的70%。对于蒸压灰砂砖砌体的抗剪性能不足,国内外做了很多的改善提质研究。本文主要是在这些提质研究的基础上,通过试验研究表面分别开有横向和斜向凹凸槽的蒸压灰砂砖及其砌体的基本力学性能,得出提高蒸压灰砂砖砌体抗剪强度最大的开槽形式,同时分析了开槽后对其块体力学性能及砌体抗压性能的影响。此外,本文还试验对比分析了蒸压灰砂多孔砖和掺合粉煤灰的蒸压灰砂砖及砌体的基本力学性能。主要内容如下:(1)通过试验研究在砖的大表面上分别开有横向和斜向的宽20mm、深1.5mm的矩形凹凸槽的蒸压灰砂砖砌体的力学性能,得到了对灰砂砖砌体抗剪性能提高最大,同时对其抗压性能影响最小的开槽方式。(2)在试验研究的基础上,结合理论分析,本文得到了开有横槽和斜槽的蒸压灰砂砖砌体的抗剪强度的平均值和设计值,为表面带有横槽或者斜槽的蒸压灰砂砖砌体规范的编制提供参考。(3)试验研究了普通灰砂砖、表面带横槽的蒸压灰砂砖、表面带斜槽的蒸压灰砂砖、蒸压灰砂多孔砖及掺合粉煤灰的蒸压灰砂砖的抗折强度与抗压强度,对比分析了分别在砖表面带有槽型、砖整体带有孔洞及在砖材料中掺合粉煤灰后对其材料性能的影响。(4)对比研究分析了普通灰砂砖砌体、带有斜槽的蒸压灰砂砖砌体、蒸压灰砂多孔砖砌体及掺合粉煤灰的蒸压灰砂砖砌体受压后的变形性能、破坏特征和弹性模量。
[Abstract]:With the development of environmental protection, energy saving and sustainable development, it has become a hot issue in the housing construction industry. With the development of wall reform, autoclaved lime-sand brick has emerged as a new type of wall material. Production energy consumption bottom, heat insulation effect, high compressive strength and a series of advantages, at the same time in the production process save soil, energy saving, reduce environmental pollution, But the autoclaved lime-sand brick also has some shortcomings, because its surface is smooth, water absorption and loss of water lag, moisture content is not easy to control, resulting in its poor bond with mortar, The shear strength of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonry is only 70 of that of ordinary clay brick, and the shear strength of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonry is insufficient. A lot of research on improving quality has been done at home and abroad. Based on these studies, the basic mechanical properties of autoclaved lime sand brick and its masonry with transverse and oblique concave and convex grooves on the surface are studied in this paper. The slotted form of increasing the shear strength of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonry is obtained, and the influence of slotted masonry on its block mechanical properties and masonry compressive strength is analyzed. The basic mechanical properties of autoclaved lime sand porous brick and autoclaved sand brick and masonry with fly ash are compared and analyzed in this paper. The mechanical properties of autoclaved lime sand brick masonry with 20mm wide and 1.5mm deep rectangular concave and convex grooves, On the basis of experimental research, the slotted way of improving the shear resistance of lime-sand brick masonry with the least influence on its compressive performance is obtained, which is based on the theoretical analysis. In this paper, the average value and design value of shear strength of autoclaved lime-sand brick masonry with transverse and inclined grooves are obtained. The flexural strength and compressive strength of autoclaved lime sand brick with cross groove, autoclaved lime sand brick with inclined groove, autoclaved sand porous brick and autoclaved sand brick mixed with fly ash are compared and analyzed. Brick with holes and the influence of fly ash in brick material on its material performance. A comparative study is made on the masonry of common lime sand brick and autoclaved lime sand brick with inclined groove. Deformation characteristics, failure characteristics and elastic modulus of autoclaved lime sand porous brick masonry and autoclaved sand brick masonry with fly ash.
