合肥市某住宅小区能耗分析与节能评估

【摘要】:以合肥市某新建住宅小区节能评估工作为研究对象,对此住宅小区的用能种类、用能系统及用能特点进行了分析,并得出了能耗指标。通过对电耗系统、气耗系统、水耗系统的适用节能措施的研究分析,计算得出了不同耗能系统的节能量。通过对节能措施进行经济性分析,计算出投资回收期,可以帮助建设单位更为直观的了解相关节能措施的投入产出效益,为建设期的决策提供依据。查阅相关标准规范,本文选用指标法对住宅小区的用能情况进行了较为详细的核算,在数学归纳演绎法的基础上,讨论了能效指标的分析方法,给出了住宅小区居住建筑及配套商业建筑的能效对标依据。结合节能措施的分析核算,得出采取节能措施后的综合能源消费量,进而得出本住宅小区的能效指标值。能效指标对标包括居住、商业建筑单位建筑面积综合能源消耗及电力消耗。通过对此住宅小区节能评估工作的研究,采取节能措施后的节能效益较为显著,有利于项目投入使用后的节能降耗目标的实现。节能措施应该因地制宜的选用,这样才能保证节能措施的实操性,确保节能评估报告中经审查的节能措施得到落实。
[Abstract]:Taking the energy conservation evaluation of a newly built residential district in Hefei as the research object, this paper analyzes the types, systems and characteristics of energy use in this residential district, and obtains the energy consumption index. Through the analysis of the power consumption system, the gas consumption system, the energy consumption system, the energy consumption index is obtained. The energy saving of different energy consumption systems is calculated through the research and analysis of the applicable energy saving measures of water consumption system. Through the economic analysis of energy saving measures, the investment recovery period is calculated. It can help the construction units to understand more intuitively the input-output benefits of the relevant energy-saving measures, and provide the basis for decision-making during the construction period. This paper selects the index method to calculate the energy use of residential area in detail, and discusses the analysis method of energy efficiency index on the basis of mathematical induction and deduction method. Based on the analysis and calculation of energy saving measures, the comprehensive energy consumption of residential buildings and supporting commercial buildings in residential areas is obtained. Then the energy efficiency index value of this residential district is obtained. The energy efficiency index calibration includes comprehensive energy consumption and electricity consumption per unit building area of commercial building. The energy-saving benefits after taking energy-saving measures are more significant, which is beneficial to the realization of energy-saving and consumption reduction goals after the project is put into use. The energy-saving measures should be selected according to local conditions so as to ensure the practical operation of energy-saving measures. Ensure that the energy conservation measures reviewed in the energy conservation assessment report are implemented.
