基于吸水特性的砖砌体现场砂浆强度及其检测方法研究

【摘要】:长期以来,我国砌体材料采用烧结粘土砖作为主要墙体材料,为满足量大面广的烧结砖砌体既有建筑检测鉴定需要,我国编订了GB/T50315《砌体工程现场检测技术标准》。随着新型材料的推广应用,非烧结砖砌体得到广泛应用,研究非烧结砖砌体现场砂浆强度及其检测方法具有十分重要的实用价值。对普通烧结砖,蒸压粉煤灰砖,蒸压灰砂砖进行单面吸水试验。通过四种不同上墙含水率(0%,4%,8%和10%)砖的吸水试验,研究单位面积吸水率与时间的关系,并运用毛细孔吸水动力学公式得出单位面积吸水率与时间平方根的关系,提出了吸水性指标的概念、砖的上墙相对含水率与吸水性指标S的关系,并结合已有的研究成果,通过回归分析,得到不同砖在不同上墙含水率情况下吸水性指标的计算公式。采用普通烧结砖,蒸压粉煤灰砖,蒸压灰砂砖,分别用砂浆强度等级为M2.5,M5,M10,砌筑12片墙体,养护后进行回弹法试验,然后再进行筒压法试验。通过砌体现场砂浆试验,建立了非烧结砖砌体现场砂浆强度的回弹法、筒压法试验方法,并得到了相应检测方法的砌体现场砂浆强度计算公式。建立砌体现场砂浆强度与砖的吸水性指标的统一表达式。
[Abstract]:For a long time, the sintered clay brick is used as the main wall material in our country, in order to meet the needs of the existing building inspection and appraisal of the sintered brick masonry. In our country, GB/T50315 "Technical Standard for On-site Inspection of masonry Engineering" has been compiled. With the popularization and application of new materials, non-sintered brick masonry has been widely used. It is of great practical value to study the in-situ mortar strength of non-sintered brick masonry and its testing methods. The water absorption test of autoclaved lime-sand brick was carried out on one side. The relationship between water absorption rate per unit area and time was studied through the water absorption tests of four kinds of brick with different water content on the upper wall (4% and 10%). The relation between water absorption rate per unit area and square root of time is obtained by using capillary water absorption dynamics formula. The concept of water absorption index and the relation between relative moisture content of upper wall of brick and water absorption index S are put forward. Through regression analysis, the formula of water absorption index of different bricks under different water content of upper wall is obtained. Using common sintered brick, autoclaved pulverized coal brick and autoclaved lime sand brick, the strength grade of mortar is M2.5 / M5 / M10 respectively, and 12 walls are built. After curing, springback test was carried out, and then cylinder compression test was carried out. Based on the in-situ mortar test of masonry, the springback method and the cylindrical compression test method were established for the strength of non-sintered brick masonry mortar. A formula for calculating the strength of masonry mortar in situ is obtained, and the unified expression between the strength of mortar and the water absorption index of brick is established.
