掺料对海淤砖制砖工艺及性能的影响

【摘要】:在经降盐处理的海淤泥中掺入不同比例的磷矿尾矿、石屑、木屑掺料,经人工和机械两种方式成型制坯后烧成,系统研究掺料对海淤砖制坯工艺、烧成环节及烧成的海淤砖性能的影响。研究表明:掺料的掺入有助于改善海淤砖的坯体干燥收缩及烧成收缩,提高坯体及成品的合格率;掺料的类型影响着海淤砖的烧成制度及烧成海淤砖的性能;烧成过程中产生挥发份的掺料对于海淤砖在烧成过程中盐分的进一步降低有显著的效果。
[Abstract]:Different proportions of phosphate tailings, stone chips and wood scraps were mixed into the sea silt treated by salt reduction, and then the billets were formed and fired by artificial and mechanical methods. The process of billet making with admixture to sea silt brick was studied systematically. The study shows that the addition of admixture can improve the drying shrinkage and firing shrinkage of the sea silt brick and improve the qualified rate of the billet and finished product. The type of admixture affects the firing system and properties of marine silt brick, and the additive produced volatilization during the firing process has remarkable effect on further reducing salt content in the firing process of marine silt brick.
