基于可持续宜居城市发展的TOD城市空间设计策略研究

【摘要】:本文是在可持续城市与宜居城市建设的背景下,对“公共交通为导向的城市发展”(TOD)的城市空间设计方法理论的探讨。城市空间设计与可持续宜居发展目标之间的联系是所有城市在发展过程中都要面临的重要问题,认识二者之间的作用机制,明确TOD发展的意义,建立TOD城市空间设计的策略框架,对促进城市可持续宜居发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。 首先,本论文通过对可持续城市和宜居城市的发展历程、内涵、发展原则的梳理与研究,建立起可持续宜居城市的概念框架;通过对TOD与城市空间增长的联系解析,与可持续宜居城市发展的比较研究,明确TOD模式并不仅仅是交通规划,更是一种综合性的城市发展规划;同时从社会、经济、环境三个维度对其核心理念进行深入剖析,明确其是实现可持续宜居城市发展的关键空间性路径。 其次,通过对城市建成环境与可持续宜居环境主题之间的作用机理进行了研究,明确车辆行驶里程、公共交通与慢行出行比例是实现相应目标的关键中介导控因素;通过对建成环境与交通出行之间相关性的分析研究,明确了两者间的作用机制;在此基础上,选取包括中国城市在内的世界城市案例数据进行统计分析,量化验证之前的研究观点,明确可宜环境、空间环境和交通出行之间的量化关系,建立相应指数和分级,同时进一步明确空间环境因素中,道路密度、每平方公里拥有车站数量、人均CBD距离,公交廊道面积占比、建成区密度、单多中心程度对于公交出行比例有更强的影响力。 再次,基于对历史数据的纵向分析、与国际城市的横向比较,通过统计分析方法将中国城市与公交都市进行比较,归纳总结了当前中国大中型城市发展过程中的城市空间与交通特征;借鉴富有活力的城市空间网络结构原理,基于“关联性”、“连接性”和“层级性”三个特征,明确了公共交通与慢行交通的高可达性”的核心原则;在此基础上,从空间网络系统的可达性视角入手,建构起基于“空间结构”、“网路连接”、“功能关联”、“活动层级”的TOD城市空间设计策略框架体系。
[Abstract]:This article is in the sustainable city and livable city construction background, This paper discusses the theory of urban spatial design method of "Public Transport oriented Urban Development". The relationship between urban spatial design and sustainable livable development goal is an important problem for all cities in the process of development. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to understand the mechanism of action between the two, to clarify the significance of TOD development and to establish the strategic framework of TOD urban space design for promoting the sustainable and livable development of the city. First of all, this paper establishes the conceptual framework of sustainable livable city by combing and studying the development course, connotation and development principle of sustainable city and livable city, and analyzes the relationship between TOD and urban spatial growth. Comparing with the sustainable livable city development, it is clear that the TOD model is not only traffic planning, but also a comprehensive urban development plan, at the same time, the core concept is deeply analyzed from the three dimensions of society, economy and environment. It is the key spatial path to realize sustainable livable city development. Secondly, through the study of the action mechanism between the theme of urban built environment and sustainable livable environment, it is clear that vehicle mileage, the proportion of public transport and slow travel are the key factors to achieve the corresponding goals. Based on the analysis of the correlation between the built environment and the traffic trip, the mechanism between the two is clarified. On this basis, the case data of the world cities, including Chinese cities, are selected for statistical analysis. Quantificationally validates the previous research viewpoint, clarifies the quantification relation between the suitable environment, the space environment and the transportation trip, establishes the corresponding index and the classification, at the same time further clarifies the space environment factor, the road density, The number of stations per square kilometer, the distance of CBD per person, the proportion of public transportation corridor area, the density of built-up area, the degree of single multi-center have more influence on the proportion of public transport trip. Thirdly, based on the longitudinal analysis of historical data and the horizontal comparison between Chinese cities and international cities, this paper compares Chinese cities with public transport cities by means of statistical analysis. This paper summarizes the characteristics of urban space and traffic in the development of large and medium-sized cities in China, and draws lessons from the dynamic principle of urban spatial network structure, which is based on the three characteristics of "relevance", "connectivity" and "hierarchy". The core principle of high reachability of public transport and slow transit is defined, and based on this, the reachability of space network system is analyzed. The framework of TOD urban spatial design strategy based on "spatial structure", "network connection", "functional correlation" and "activity level" is constructed.
