提钛尾渣制备铁铝酸盐水泥熟料及其性能研究

【摘要】:本文以提钛尾渣、活性生石灰和工业铁红为原料制备出了铁铝酸盐水泥熟料。具体研究内容包括: (1)研究了两种缓冷提钛尾渣的化学及物相组成,凝结时间和水化强度,并观察了不同养护龄期水化产物的显微形貌。结果表明,提钛尾渣化学矿物组成和水化性能与铝酸盐水泥具有相似性,其主要水化物相是CA和CA2且水化过程类似CA50铝酸盐水泥。 (2)研究了配料比、煅烧温度、保温时间对急冷提钛尾渣制备铁铝酸盐水泥熟料的影响。结果表明,以提钛尾渣、活性生石灰和工业铁红烧制铁铝酸盐水泥熟料的工艺是可行的。最佳工艺参数为提钛尾渣67wt%,,工业铁红15wt%,活性生石灰18wt%时,经过1250~1300℃保温1h煅烧。 (3)研究了铁铝酸盐水泥熟料的凝结时间、水化强度发展和不同龄期水化产物的显微形貌。结果表明,实验制备的铁铝酸盐水泥熟料具有早强的特点。初凝时间为46min,终凝时间为87min,1d耐压强度超过40MPa,但后期强度不理想。 (4)研究了铁铝酸盐水泥熟料在高铝浇注料中的应用性能,并与FONDU水泥、Secar71进行对比。结果表明,铁铝酸盐水泥在高铝浇注料中的结合强度发展与FONDU水泥相近,其110℃×24小时、1100℃×3小时热处理后的强度发展与FONDU水泥接近但低于Secar71结合强度,1400℃×3小时热处理后的强度高于后两者。
[Abstract]:In this paper, iron aluminate cement clinker was prepared from titanium tailings, active quicklime and industrial iron red. 1) the chemical and phase composition, setting time and hydration strength of two slow-cooling titanium tailings were studied, and the micromorphology of hydration products at different curing ages were observed. The chemical mineral composition and hydration performance of titanium tailings are similar to those of aluminate cement. The main hydration phases are CA and CA2 and the hydration process is similar to that of CA50 aluminate cement. (2) the effects of proportioning ratio, calcination temperature and heat preservation time on the preparation of ferrite aluminate cement clinker from rapidly cooled titanium tailings were studied. The process of producing iron-aluminate cement clinker by activated lime and industrial iron red sintering is feasible. The optimum technological parameters are as follows: 67wtt tailings of titanium extraction, 15wtt of industrial iron red and 18wt% of activated quicklime, calcined at 1250,1300 鈩
