【摘要】:空调器作为调节室内温湿度、洁净度等参数的空气处理器,是连接服务对象与室外环境的桥梁,近年来发展迅速。本文选取机房空调和房间空调器为代表,对其能耗水平和发展现状进行调研,在总结两种空调器现有的节能技术基础上,结合服务对象温湿度要求,提出了一种将蒸气压缩式制冷技术、分离式热管技术、蒸发冷却技术有机融合在同一系统的蒸发冷却式复合空调系统(以下简称复合空调系统)。本文针对该蒸发冷却式复合空调系统对以下几个方面展开研究:首先,对蒸发冷却式复合空调系统进行系统构建,并与传统机房空调系统相比,对其节能性进行定性分析。由于工艺性机房空调对室内温湿度和洁净度要求较高,因此选择机房空调设计标准作为设计准则,以最不利热管工况作为设计工况,对复合空调系统中主要部件进行设计计算,并将设计参数在蒸气压缩式制冷工况下进行校核,以确保复合空调系统在每种制冷模式下均能发挥最优性能,进而保证复合空调系统全年运行的可靠性和高效性。其次,对复合空调系统中各主要部件建立数学模型,其中,为了便于研究两器(风冷蒸发器和蒸发式冷凝器)内部状态参数的变化规律,分别对两器建立稳态分布参数模型,并对模型进行离散求解。同时对涡旋压缩机和热力膨胀阀建立集中参数模型,并对模型进行离散求解。再次,根据复合空调系统各部件数学模型,分别构建复合空调系统各制冷模式下的动态运行数学模型,研究确定模型的求解流程。在此基础上,建立复合空调系统全年动态运行数学模型,以沈阳地区为例,对复合空调系统全年运行性能进行模拟仿真,并与传统机房空调系统进行对比,分析复合空调系统的节能性。最后,分别选取我国典型气候条件地区(沈阳、北京、长沙、广州、昆明)为例,对复合空调系统在不同气候条件下的全年动态运行性能进行模拟仿真,与传统机房空调系统进行对比分析,考察复合空调系统在不同地区应用的适用性。本文提出的蒸发冷却式复合空调系统,充分考虑了服务对象的室内负荷特性及室外冷源的特性,在保障运行可靠性基础上,充分利用了自然冷源。本文通过在定性分析和模拟仿真上的研究结果表明,复合空调系统相比于传统空调系统不仅能够保障冷却可靠性,同时还能兼顾节能性和经济性。
[Abstract]:As an air processor to regulate indoor temperature, humidity, cleanliness and other parameters, air conditioner is a bridge connecting service object and outdoor environment, and has developed rapidly in recent years. On the basis of summarizing the existing energy saving technology of two kinds of air conditioners and combining with the requirement of temperature and humidity of the service object, this paper puts forward a kind of steam compression refrigeration technology and separate heat pipe technology. Evaporative cooling technology is organically integrated into the evaporative cooling composite air conditioning system. In this paper, the following aspects of the evaporative cooling composite air conditioning system are studied: firstly, The evaporative cooling composite air conditioning system is constructed, and compared with the traditional air-conditioning system, the energy saving property is qualitatively analyzed. Because of the high requirement of indoor temperature, humidity and cleanliness of the craft machine room air conditioning system, Therefore, the air conditioning design standard of the engine room is chosen as the design criterion, and the most unfavorable heat pipe condition is taken as the design condition. The main components of the composite air conditioning system are designed and calculated, and the design parameters are checked under the steam compression refrigeration condition. In order to ensure the optimal performance of the composite air conditioning system in each refrigeration mode, and then to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the composite air conditioning system throughout the year. Secondly, the mathematical model of the main components of the composite air conditioning system is established, in which, In order to study the variation rule of internal state parameters of two vessels (air-cooled evaporator and evaporative condenser), a steady distribution parameter model was established for the two vessels. At the same time, the centralized parameter model of scroll compressor and thermal expansion valve is established, and the model is discretely solved. Thirdly, according to the mathematical model of each component of composite air conditioning system, The mathematical model of dynamic operation in each refrigeration mode of composite air conditioning system is constructed, and the solution flow of the model is studied. On the basis of this, the mathematical model of dynamic operation of composite air conditioning system is established throughout the year, taking Shenyang area as an example. The performance of composite air conditioning system is simulated and compared with that of traditional air-conditioning system in computer room. Finally, the typical climate conditions of China (Shenyang, Beijing, Changsha) are selected to analyze the energy efficiency of composite air conditioning system. Guangzhou, Kunming) as an example, the full-year dynamic operation performance of composite air-conditioning system under different climatic conditions was simulated and compared with the traditional air-conditioning system in the engine room. The applicability of the composite air conditioning system in different regions is investigated. The evaporative cooling composite air conditioning system proposed in this paper takes full account of the indoor load characteristics of the service object and the characteristics of the outdoor cold source, and on the basis of ensuring the operational reliability, The results of qualitative analysis and simulation show that compared with traditional air conditioning system, composite air conditioning system can not only guarantee cooling reliability, but also give consideration to energy saving and economy.
