北京市燃气翻转内衬工艺实施优化研究

【摘要】:北京市区目前有上千公里的燃气管线,因运行年限过长,腐蚀情况十分严重,急需改造。由于北京市近年来城市建设速度较快,道路上机动车数量猛增,同时地下各综合管线不断实施,造成原位开槽换管实施难度加大,各项非开挖修复工艺大量应用在实际改造工程中,其中翻转内衬修复方式在实际运用过程中体现出了突出的优势。2011年市燃气集团完成对东三环华威桥下700多米燃气高压管线的翻转内衬修复。作为试验段,该工艺经检测完全适用于老旧高压燃气管道的修复工作[1],可以在高压燃气管线修复工作中加以推广,通过试验扩展了翻转内衬工艺应用的范围,解决了高压管线非开挖修复的难题。然而在翻转内衬工艺实施过程中由于受到城市管理要求制约,以及不可知因素限制,造成前期手续办理周期较长,以及现场条件复杂造成施工降效情况发生,无法达到消除管线隐患的目的,因此需要对翻转内衬工艺组织实施过程,尤其是建设单位手续办理方面通过优化组织机构的方式加以改进,在总结工艺实施流程经验的基础上,高效推进工作,确保施工工期的目的。
[Abstract]:At present, there are thousands of kilometers of gas pipelines in Beijing's urban areas. Due to the long service life, the corrosion situation is very serious, and it is in urgent need of renovation. Because of the rapid urban construction in Beijing in recent years, the number of motor vehicles on the roads has increased dramatically. At the same time, the continuous implementation of underground comprehensive pipelines, resulting in in situ slotted pipe change implementation difficulties, various non-excavation repair technology is widely used in the actual transformation project, In 2011, the City Gas Group completed the repair of more than 700 meters of high pressure gas pipeline under Huawei Bridge in East third Ring Road. The process is fully applicable to the repair of old and old high pressure gas pipelines [1], and can be popularized in the repair of high pressure gas pipelines. The scope of application of the reverse liner process is extended through experiments. The problem of non-excavation and repair of high-pressure pipeline is solved. However, due to the restriction of urban management and unknowable factors in the implementation of the overturned lining process, the pre-procedure processing period is longer. And the complex conditions of the site cause the situation of construction efficiency reduction, which can not achieve the purpose of eliminating the hidden danger of pipeline, so it is necessary to organize the implementation process of the overturned lining process. In particular, the procedures of construction units should be improved by optimizing the organizational structure. On the basis of summing up the experience of the process implementation process, the work should be advanced efficiently to ensure the purpose of construction period.
