改善重庆地区外墙涂料沾污研究

【摘要】:重庆作为西部大开发的龙头,近些年发展十分迅速,房地产行业因此得到了飞速的发展,涂料行业也随之迎来了发展的春天。但涂料沾污的问题一直没有得到很好的解决,这已经成为了外墙涂料应用推广的一大阻碍。 根据调研的情况来看,涂料的沾污形式主要为积灰和流挂,重庆市几乎所有使用外墙涂料的建筑物都有此类问题,少数的建筑物还有发霉和雨痕的现象。积灰跟建筑物墙面的平整度有关,通过施工等方式改进墙面的平整度可以大幅度减少墙面的积灰;流挂可以通过在横梁、女儿墙设计挑檐翻边和在窗台设计滴水凹槽等措施来改善。 本研究表明,不同乳液结构类型的建筑涂料的耐沾污性有着很大的差别,在比较硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液及纯丙乳液的耐酸性、耐水性、耐碱性、耐沾污性后,实验结果表明硅丙乳液基的外墙涂料耐沾污性在三者中最好。 外墙涂料PVC对涂料的耐沾污有很大影响,涂膜反射率下降值会随着PVC的增大先逐渐降低。当PVC增至45%左右时,涂膜反射率下降值降至最低点,之后随着PVC的增大而急剧上升。说明PVC≤CPVC时,涂料的耐沾污性会随着PVC的增大而提高。 当羟乙基纤维素醚掺量增加时,涂膜反射率下降值在不断降低,耐沾污性在增强。缔合型和非缔合型增稠剂的比例为4:1时,涂膜反射率下降值降至最低点,,耐沾污性最好。丙二醇掺量为5%时,涂膜反射率下降值降至最低点,耐沾污性最好。
[Abstract]:Chongqing, as the leader of the western development, has developed very rapidly in recent years, so the real estate industry has been developing rapidly, and the paint industry has also ushered in the spring of development. However, the problem of paint contamination has not been solved very well. This has become a major obstacle to the application and promotion of exterior wall coatings. According to the investigation and investigation, the main forms of paint contamination are ash deposition and flow hanging. Almost all buildings in Chongqing that use exterior wall paint have this kind of problem. A few buildings also have mildew and rain marks. Ash accumulation is related to the smoothness of the wall surface of the building. Improving the smoothness of the wall surface by means of construction and other means can greatly reduce the accumulation of ash on the wall surface; the flow hanging can be passed through the crossbeam. The parapet design measures such as flanging the eaves and designing drip grooves on the windowsill. The results show that there are great differences in the stain resistance of architectural coatings with different emulsion types. After comparing the acid resistance, water resistance, alkali resistance and contamination resistance of silicon-acrylic emulsion, styrene-acrylic emulsion and pure acrylic emulsion, The results show that the antifouling property of silicone-acrylic emulsion based exterior wall coatings is the best among them. The PVC of exterior wall coating has a great influence on the stain resistance of the coating, and the decreasing value of the coating reflectivity will decrease gradually with the increase of PVC.
