城市设计视角下我国花园城市规划策略研究

【摘要】:花园城市自E.霍华德1898年首次提出以来已经成为世界上众多城市的主要发展目标,并为之持续创新实践。1997年至今,由国际公园协会与联合国环境规划署共同主办的“国际花园城市”竞赛活动则成为近年来我国各地花园城市建设如火如荼的重要推手。鉴于当前我国人口规模庞大和土地资源紧缺的特有国情,E.霍华德花园城市理论中对于人口密度、城市绿化以及路网密度指标的论述并不能实际指导我国当前的花园城市建设,而这些直接影响到城市空间布局的指标则是花园城市土地利用和空间形态设计的重要控制内容。城市设计对于城市空间形态把控和城市整体空间形象特色的塑造具有重要的作用。因而,有必要运用城市设计的方法对适用于我国花园城市特色空间形态和土地利用的重要控制指标进行系统研究,进而推导出指导我国花园城市空间布局的规划策略。首先,文章在对花园城市理论的发展和国际花园城市评选标准进行系统的研究和总结的基础上,推导出我国花园城市的基本特征、建设要素和空间品质的内涵,从而在理论上获得了花园城市建设的基本原则和核心思想。其次,通过对城市设计的基本理论和设计方法的研究归纳,明晰了城市设计方法对于我国花园城市特色空间形态塑造的意义。进而联系花园城市的基本内涵,限定出城市设计视角下我国花园城市建设的核心内容,也即文章的重点研究内容。然后,通过对国内外花园城市相关指标和建设策略的研究比选,针对我国花园城市设计的适度人口规模、开发强度控制、合理路网布局和城市景观塑造四个重要方面,提出了适宜的指标和相应的规划策略。以此从定性和定量方面分别对花园城市设计的方法和策略进行研究与论述。最后,本文以舟山群岛新区勾山板块花园城市设计为案例进行应用研究,理论研究指导具体实践,阐述本文研究内容的可靠性与实践性。
[Abstract]:Garden City has been the main development goal of many cities in the world since it was first proposed by E. Howard in 1898. The International Garden City Competition, jointly sponsored by the International Park Association and the United Nations Environment Programme, has become an important driving force in the construction of garden cities throughout China in recent years. The unique situation of Daiwa's lack of land resources. E. Howard's urban theory on population density, The discussion of urban greening and road network density index can not actually guide the current garden city construction in China. These indexes, which directly affect the urban spatial layout, are the important control contents of the garden urban land use and spatial form design. The Urban Design controls the Urban Spatial form and molds the characteristics of the Urban overall Spatial Image. Has an important role to play. It is necessary to use the method of urban design to systematically study the important control indexes suitable for the characteristic spatial form and land use of garden cities in China, and then to deduce the planning strategies to guide the spatial layout of garden cities in China. On the basis of a systematic study and summary of the development of garden city theory and the selection criteria of international garden city, this paper deduces the basic characteristics, construction elements and the connotation of space quality of garden city in China. Therefore, the basic principles and core ideas of garden city construction are obtained theoretically. Secondly, through the research on the basic theory and design method of urban design, This paper clarifies the significance of the urban design method to the shape of the characteristic space form of the garden city in our country, and then, connecting with the basic connotation of the garden city, defines the core content of the garden city construction in our country under the view of urban design. Then, by comparing and selecting the relative indexes and construction strategies of garden cities at home and abroad, aiming at the moderate population scale and development intensity control of garden cities in our country, Four important aspects of rational road network layout and urban landscape shaping are put forward, and appropriate indexes and corresponding planning strategies are put forward. The methods and strategies of garden city design are studied and discussed from qualitative and quantitative aspects. Finally, This paper takes the urban design of Gaoshan plate garden in Zhoushan archipelago as a case study, instructs the concrete practice by theoretical research, and expounds the reliability and practicability of the research content in this paper.
