合肥新桥空港新城空间结构研究

【摘要】:在区域中心城市由单中心逐渐向多中心方向发展的背景之下,从审视与研判阶段出发,以相关背景分析、相关研究综述两方面为切入视角,其中背景分析从区域格局审视、空港新城在地区发展过程中参与竞争与合作为主要构成部分;研究综述分为国外和国内综述两大部分。全面熟悉了解掌握国内外圈层理论的多样化模式、国内外临空经济产业发展的最新理论和最新动态,尤其是国外成功成熟的产业研究成果、发展经验与教训总结,以及国内空港产业体系最新发展的实践。综合上述圈层理论发展与产业体系结构两方面研究,探析国内外关于空港新城在圈层理论模式下的空间发展与产业布局,总结相关发展经验与问题,对决定空港新城发展的基础问题,诸如圈层影响范围、临空产业类型、产业布局的影响因素、产业用地布局特征有一定掌握。通过相关案例的解读,综合以上的研究思路,立足于空港新城发展的基础理论研究,整理研究的脉络,具体到合肥区域性特大城市空港新城的空间结构研析,对空港新城范围内生态的环境敏感性进行分析,确立新城的空间功能管制分区,全面尊重开发地域的生态本底系统,构筑生态网络体系;重中之重是在区域更大范围内,立足合肥、六安产业发展情况,研判产业发展趋势,综合确定空港新城建设范围内自身适宜的产业门类与结构体系,与圈层理论相融合进行科学布局,并由此思考承载产业布局的用地结构组织与优化、功能布局的科学定位等问题,研究空港新城的空间结构布局。论文在合肥区域性特大城市在发展临空经济、建设空港新城过程中,针对新城功能定位、交通网络格局的系统组织、产业选择与布局以及基础设施支撑配套等内容进行评判,对于合肥新桥空港的空间结构发展与优化给予发展建议与对策;为合肥新桥空港新城相关政策的制定和落实提供依据和指导,为合肥新桥空港新城与中心主城之间的联动发展提供理论参考与借鉴。

Through the interpretation of relevant cases, the comprehensive above research, basic theory research based on the development of Metro Airport, finishing the study context specific to the research and analysis of spatial structure of Hefei regional Mega City Metro Airport, the airport environmental sensitivity within the town ecological analysis, establishment of metro space function zoning, fully respecting the ecological background of regional system development, build an ecological network system; priority among priorities in the region in a large range, based in Hefei, the development situation of Lu'an industry, analysis of industry trends, determine the industrial categories and structure of Metro Airport Construction within the scope of its suitable body The Department, and the circle theory integration of scientific layout, and thus thinking bearing industrial layout of the land use structure and organization optimization, function layout scientific positioning, spatial structure of Metro Airport. The Hefei regional mega city in the airport economic development, the construction of the Metro Airport process, according to the city function orientation, the organization system of traffic network pattern, evaluation and selection of industrial layout and infrastructure support facilities and other content, give the suggestion and Countermeasure for the development and optimization of spatial structure of Hefei Xinqiao airport; provide guidance for the formulation of Hefei Xinqiao airport Metro and the implementation of related policies, and provide a theoretical reference for the linkage between the development of Hefei bridge Metro Airport and city center.
