淮南市中心城区地下空间开发利用规划研究

【摘要】：城市地下空间开发具有诸多优势,它不仅可以拓展城市空间容量,延伸地面用地功能,提供比地面更稳定的物理条件,而且地下空间的开发与城市轨道线网的结合可以缓解城市地面交通拥堵,通过地下步行通道的串联,形成地下网络系统,是未来城市立体化开发的有效途径。本文以淮南市中心城区为研究对象。淮南作为安徽省规模第二大的城市,在合肥经济圈与淮河经济走廊中扮演着重要角色;淮南提出了建设“淮河流域现代化中心城市”与“环境友好型,资源节约型城市”的发展战略;《淮南市城市总体规划(2010-2020)》对地下空间开发提出要求,并得到国务院办公厅“强化节约与集约用地,合理开发城市地下空间资源”的通知。这些都为本文的研究提供了切入点。淮南市由于其长期的煤炭开采已对地下空间环境造成了一定影响,同时由于中心城区内有山脉与淮河的穿过,是其地下空间研究具有一定特殊性。本文的研究综述部分对国外不同城市的地下空间开发实践进行了系统的研究,并对地下空间开发理论进行了认真的梳理。结合淮南市的发展要求,实地调研了淮南市地下空间开发利用存在问题和现状,系统的分析了地下空间的开发动因。本课题以美化城市环境、节约城市土地资源、优化城市功能为目标,采用地下功能分项预测法,较为详细的讨论了淮南市中心城区地下空间资源的需求量。提出了淮南市地下空间发展的原则和开发战略,对地下空间开发所应具备的功能进行了研究,分析了地下空间的平面形态与竖向分层,并对淮南市中心城区的地下公共空间进行的专项研究。
[Abstract]:The development of urban underground space has many advantages. It can not only expand the capacity of urban space, extend the function of land use on the ground, but also provide more stable physical conditions than the ground. Moreover, the combination of the development of underground space and the urban rail network can alleviate the traffic congestion on the surface of the city, and form an underground network system through the series of underground walkways. Huainan, as the second largest city in Anhui Province, plays an important role in Hefei Economic Circle and Huaihe River Economic Corridor. Huainan put forward the development strategy of constructing "modern central city of Huaihe River basin" and "environment-friendly, resource-conserving city"; "Huainan City Master Plan 2010-2020)" puts forward requirements for underground space development. And the General Office of the State Council "strengthening conservation and intensive land use," Notice on the rational Development of Urban Underground Space Resources. All these provide a starting point for the study of this paper. Huainan City has had a certain impact on the underground space environment due to its long-term coal mining. At the same time, because of the crossing of mountains and Huaihe River in the central urban area, the study of underground space has its own particularity. In the part of this paper, the practice of underground space development in different cities in foreign countries is systematically studied. Combined with the development requirements of Huainan City, the problems and present situation of underground space development and utilization in Huainan City were investigated. The purpose of this paper is to beautify the urban environment, save the urban land resources, optimize the urban function, and adopt the subdivision prediction method of the underground function. This paper discusses in detail the demand for underground space resources in Huainan City, puts forward the development principles and development strategies of underground space in Huainan City, and studies the functions of underground space development. This paper analyzes the plane form and vertical stratification of underground space, and makes a special study on underground public space in Huainan central city.
