合肥市建筑产业化制约因素及推进机制研究

【摘要】：建筑产业化是我国建筑业发展的必然趋势。它是改造传统粗放式的建筑业生产方式，提高建筑工程质量和效益，促进集成和集约，有力的保护环境、减少污染和节约资源，最终实现建筑产业转型升级的过程。推进建筑产业化不仅是实现绿色建筑发展、促进新型城镇化健康发展和保障房建设保质保量的重要途径，同时对培育发展实体经济，形成新的经济增长点，改善人民群众生产生活环境，推动城乡建设走上绿色、循环、低碳的科学发展轨道，加快建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会，具有十分重要的意义。目前，我国建筑产业化率与发达国家相比差距还比较大，在住宅市场中的份额尚不足10%，面对如此低的市场份额，推进建筑产业化，加快建筑产业升级换代刻不容缓。本文以合肥市建筑产业化为研究对象，以探索建立合肥市建筑产业化的促进机制为导向目标。本文首先基于国外建筑产业化的发展经验，对合肥市发展建筑产业化的情况进行SWOT分析，总结了合肥市建筑产业化发展的优势、劣势、机遇及挑战。接着又通过问卷调查利用SPSS软件定量分析得到了阻碍合肥市建筑产业化发展最重要的制约因素，即成本因素。最后通过引入案例提出了如何才能快速将产业化建造成本降到传统方式以下的方法，为政府拟定建筑产业化发展对策提供一定的理论支持。最后，，本文以上述分析为基础建立了合肥市建筑产业化的推进机制，为合肥市建筑产业化达到千亿产值目标构建了政府组织保障机制、市场保障机制、技术保障机制及人才保障机制。
[Abstract]:Construction industrialization is an inevitable trend in the development of Chinese construction industry. It is to transform the traditional extensive construction mode of production, improve the quality and benefit of construction engineering, promote integration and intensification, protect the environment, reduce pollution and save resources. To promote the industrialization of construction is not only an important way to realize the development of green buildings, promote the healthy development of new urbanization and indemnificatory apartment, but also to foster and develop the real economy. It is of great significance to form a new economic growth point, to improve the production and living environment of the people, to promote urban and rural construction on a green, circular and low-carbon scientific development track, and to speed up the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society. At present, compared with the developed countries, the rate of construction industrialization in our country is still quite large, and its share in the housing market is still less than 10 percent. In the face of such a low market share, we should promote the construction industrialization. It is urgent to speed up the upgrading of the construction industry. This paper takes the construction industrialization of Hefei as the research object and explores the promoting mechanism of building industrialization in Hefei. Firstly, this paper bases on the development experience of the construction industrialization abroad. Based on the SWOT analysis of the development of construction industrialization in Hefei, the advantages and disadvantages of the development of construction industrialization in Hefei are summarized. The opportunity and challenge. Then, by using the SPSS software quantitative analysis, the most important restricting factors to the development of construction industrialization in Hefei are obtained. Finally, the paper puts forward the method of how to reduce the cost of industrialization construction to the traditional way quickly, which can provide certain theoretical support for the government to draw up the development countermeasure of construction industrialization. Based on the above analysis, this paper establishes the promotion mechanism of construction industrialization in Hefei, and sets up the guarantee mechanism of government organization, the mechanism of market security, the mechanism of technical guarantee and the mechanism of talent security for the construction industrialization of Hefei city to reach the goal of 100 billion output value.
