铁尾矿砂混凝土抗渗性能试验研究

【摘要】:铁尾矿砂在混凝土中的应用,既能解决铁尾矿砂堆存对环境污染和占用大量土地的问题,又能解决建筑用砂资源日益短缺的突出矛盾。 目前,国内外对铁尾矿砂混凝土的试验研究主题集中在其力学性能上,而对抗渗性能的研究很少,这对铁尾矿砂在水工混凝土以及地下结构混凝土中的应用是一个严重的制约,,所以进行铁尾矿砂混凝土抗渗性能试验研究是非常必要的。课题以铁尾矿砂代替天然砂与普通碎石配制的混凝土为研究对象,采用逐级加压法以及渗透系数法等试验方法,通过采用正交理论进行试验设计,对铁尾矿砂混凝土的抗渗性能进行了试验研究,并利用极差分析、方差分析以及回归分析等方法对试验结果进行了分析处理。 试验的结果分析表明,水胶比是影响铁尾矿砂混凝土抗渗性能的最主要的因素,粉煤灰掺量次之,铁尾矿砂取代率对抗渗性能的影响次于粉煤灰掺量,而砂率对抗渗性能无显著影响,前三个因素的交互作用对抗渗性能的影响也不显著;各因素对铁尾矿砂混凝土抗渗性的影响规律是:在试验范围内,铁尾矿砂混凝土的抗渗性随水胶比以及粉煤灰掺量的增大而出现降低的趋势,而在取代率影响下,出现先提高后降低的现象,当取代率为25%时,铁尾矿砂混凝土的抗渗性最好;轴向压力对抗渗性的影响趋势与取代率相同,在荷载水平为0.4倍混凝土抗压强度时,抗渗压力出现有压状态下的最大值,当荷载水平超过0.4后,随着荷载的增加抗渗性开始降低。课题的结论可以为铁尾矿砂在混凝土中的应用提供必要的试验数据。
[Abstract]:The application of iron tailings in concrete can not only solve the problems of environmental pollution and large amount of land occupied by iron tailings, but also solve the outstanding contradiction of the shortage of sand resources for construction. At present, the experimental research on iron tailings concrete is focused on its mechanical properties at home and abroad, but the research on impermeability is rare. This is a serious constraint to the application of iron tailings in hydraulic concrete and underground structure concrete. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the impermeability of iron tailings concrete. Taking the concrete made of iron tailings instead of natural sand and ordinary crushed stone as the object of study, the progressive compression method and permeability coefficient method are adopted. The impermeability of iron tailings concrete was studied by orthogonal test design, and the test results were analyzed by means of range analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis. The experimental results show that the water-binder ratio is the most important factor affecting the impermeability of iron tailings concrete, followed by the content of fly ash, and the influence of the replacement ratio of iron tailings on the impermeability is inferior to that of fly ash. However, the sand ratio has no significant effect on the impermeability, and the interaction of the first three factors has no significant effect on the impermeability of the iron tailings concrete, and the influence of each factor on the impermeability of the iron tailings concrete is as follows: in the range of test, The impermeability of iron-tailings concrete decreases with the increase of water-binder ratio and the content of fly ash, but under the influence of substitution rate, the impermeability of iron-tailings concrete is the best when the substitution ratio is 25. The influence trend of axial pressure on impermeability is the same as the substitution rate. When the load level is 0.4 times the compressive strength of concrete, the maximum value of impermeability appears in the state of pressure, and when the load level exceeds 0.4, With the increase of load, the impermeability begins to decrease. The conclusion of this paper can provide the necessary test data for the application of iron tailings in concrete.
