一种吹填超软土地基快速加固技术研究与应用

【摘要】:本文通过现场试验研究,开发了一种无砂吹填超软土真空预压快速加固工艺,并通过两项工程实例对该工艺进行验证和应用。研究认为滤管排水板连接,埋入泥下20~30 cm作为真空预压抽气排水通道是可行的;排水板间距对超软土真空预压加固效果的影响是敏感的。在天津港某工程二次真空预压加固的浅层加固中采用56 cm排水板间距,使超软基迅速加固,形成满足重型插板机插板的工作界面,真正实现二次无砂真空预压地基加固。
[Abstract]:This paper through the field tests, the development of a non sand dredger fill ultra soft soil vacuum preloading and rapid reinforcement process, through two engineering examples for validation and application of this technology. The research results indicate that the filter plate is connected with the drainage, buried under mud 20~30 cm as vacuum preloading pumping drainage channel is feasible; the drainage effect plate spacing on the ultra soft soil vacuum preloading effect is sensitive. Using 56 cm drainage plate spacing in the shallow layer of a project of Tianjin port two vacuum preloading reinforcement, the super soft foundation reinforcement rapidly, formed to meet the heavy plate inserting machine work interface, realize two times without sand vacuum preloading Foundation reinforcement.
