【摘要】：现代农业科技园区以设施工程为主体，是进行产业化经营和集约化生产的新型农业组织形式，具备农业新技术开发、示范、转化，带动经济发展，稳定社会，保护生态等多项功能。通常农业科技园按着核心区—示范区—辐射区等梯次推进模式进行布局，实现资金、技术、管理的高度集约化，为农业科技产业化提供优越平台。鉴于此，本文以吉林公主岭国家农业科技园区为研究对象，挖掘园区的功能，分析园区的整体布局，旨在为引导和带动园区及周边地区农业与农村经济健康有序发展。本文除了结语以外，一共分为五个部分：第一部分为绪论，阐述了选题背景与研究意义，国内外研究现状，研究思路与方法，研究的基础理论。第二部分为国家农业科技园区发展过程、功能与布局概述。该部分介绍了国家农业园区的发展过程和特征，对园区的基本功能和布局模式进行了详细阐述，，最后以福建漳州农业科技园为例，分析了园区的布局模式。第三部分为公主岭国家农业科技园区的基本概况。在阐述了园区的基本条件基础上，利用SWOT技术分析了园区的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战，厘清园区发展的基本情况。第四部分为公主岭国家科技园区的功能定位研究。分析了园区功能定位的影响因素，从经济、社会、生态等角度分析了园区的整体功能和具体功能。第五部分为公主岭国家科技园区的布局研究。基于园区的发展战略，提出园区的总体布局方案。在此基础上，分析了园区的核心区的功能结构。系统地阐述影响园区布局的主要因素，从管理机制、融资、创新体系、提高人口素质、完善基础设施与加强园区管理等方面提出促进园区健康有序发展的建议。
[Abstract]:The modern agricultural science and technology park, with facilities engineering as the main body, is a new form of agricultural organization for industrialized management and intensive production. It has new agricultural technology development, demonstration, transformation, economic development and social stability. Protection of ecology and other functions. Usually, agricultural science and technology parks are arranged according to the echelon propulsion mode, such as core zone, demonstration area and radiation area, so as to achieve a high degree of intensive management of funds, technology, and management. In view of this, this paper takes the Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park of Jilin Province as the research object, excavates the function of the park, and analyzes the overall layout of the park. The aim is to guide and promote the healthy and orderly development of agriculture and rural economy in the park and surrounding areas. In addition to the conclusion, this paper is divided into five parts:. The first part is the introduction, which describes the background and significance of the topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods, and the basic theory of the research. The second part is an overview of the development process, functions and layout of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Park. This part introduces the development process and characteristics of the National Agricultural Park, and describes the basic functions and layout model of the park in detail. Finally, taking Zhangzhou Agricultural Science and Technology Park in Fujian as an example, the layout pattern of the park is analyzed. The third part is the basic situation of Gongzhuling National Agricultural Science and Technology Park. On the basis of expounding the basic conditions of the park, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the park by using SWOT technology, and clarifies the basic situation of the park's development. The 4th part is the research on the function orientation of Gongzhuling National Science and Technology Park, analyzes the influencing factors of the park's function orientation, and analyzes the whole function and the concrete function of the park from the angle of economy, society and ecology. The 5th part is the layout research of Gongzhuling National Science and Technology Park. Based on the development strategy of the park, the overall layout scheme of the park is put forward. This paper analyzes the functional structure of the core area of the park, systematically expounds the main factors affecting the layout of the park, including management mechanism, financing, innovation system, and improves the quality of the population. Suggestions on improving infrastructure and strengthening park management are put forward to promote the healthy and orderly development of the park.
