中国新生代建筑师创新实践的系统性研究

【摘要】：改革开放30年，中国飞速发展的经济和一日千里的城镇化进程，培养和成就了一代建筑人，这是一个可以称之为“中国新生代建筑师”的群体。他们立足本土，放眼世界，积极思考，勇于创新，取得了举世瞩目的成绩，也迎来了不绝于耳的争议，终归瑕不掩瑜，，在建筑历史的长河中浓墨重彩的渲染了专属于他们神来之笔。本文立足于生态文明转型的时代前沿，着眼于新生代建筑师的教育背景和创作意识，执手建筑的本体和本原，通过环境、文化和技术三个独特视角，系统把脉新生代建筑师的斐然业绩，辩证剖析其缺陷与不足，在时代的经纬网上对新生代建筑师的创新实践进行了科学定位。论文以前瞻性的全局视角，预测了中国建筑未来的发展方向及其实施策略，以资时代转型期当代中国建筑设计借鉴。 总论部分（第二章）为背景分析。系统梳理了中国新生代建筑师所处的社会背景和教育背景，归纳总结出他们的群体特征。在此基础上，进一步分析出他们在面对当下的社会问题时，在环境、文化和技术关注方面表现出不同于前辈建筑师的创作意识。在环境关注方面追求和谐共生，在文化关注方面追求对话融合，在技术关注方面追求多维共进。 分论部分（第三、四、五章）为分类综述。分别从环境关注、文化关注和技术关注三个方面展开对新生代建筑师创新实践的总结、梳理和论述。布局谋篇上，根据每章特定的论题，综合解析出中国当代语境中的创作现状，在此基础上，系统性梳理了新生代建筑师在相应方面所采取的创新实践策略和创作态度，通过对和谐共生（环境）、对话融合（文化）、多维共进（技术）的分类论述，对中国新生代建筑师的创作实践进行了系统的分类总结。 结论部分（第六、七章）为评价与展望。首先以前瞻性视角，统筹建筑全局，总结了新生代建筑师的成就和不足，继而，把握时代脉搏和未来趋向，将中国建筑未来的发展方向引向“形式追随生态”。以此为立足点，指明新生代建筑师在环境、文化和技术三方面需付诸的长足改进：融入环境，兼顾场地协调与建筑节能；立足文化，从细节入手倾注人文关怀；把脉时代，依托新技术追求全面整合。最后，在完善政策法规、改革建筑教育、建构理论体系三方面提出了相应的策略和建议。
[Abstract]:After 30 years of reform and opening up, China's rapidly developing economy and rapid urbanization have cultivated and achieved a generation of builders. This is a group that can be called the "Chinese New Generation Architects." they are based on the mainland and look to the world. Positive thinking, courage to innovate, achievements that have attracted worldwide attention, and endless controversies have ushered in. In the long river of architectural history, this article is based on the front of the era of ecological civilization transformation, focusing on the educational background and creative consciousness of the new generation architects, the Noumenon and the origin of the hand-held architecture. Through three unique perspectives of environment, culture and technology, this paper systematically reviews the outstanding achievements of the new generation architects, and dialectically analyzes their defects and shortcomings. This paper has carried on the scientific localization to the new generation architect's innovation practice in the times' Jingwei net. The paper has forecasted the future development direction and the implementation strategy of the Chinese architecture from the foresight overall angle of view. The contemporary Chinese architectural design in the transitional period of the capital era can be used for reference. The introduction part (Chapter 2) is the background analysis. It systematically combs the social background and the educational background of the Chinese Cenozoic architects, and sums up their group characteristics. Further analysis shows that in the face of the current social problems, they show different creative consciousness in the environmental, cultural and technological concerns, and pursue harmony and symbiosis in the environmental concern. In the aspect of cultural concern, the pursuit of dialogue and integration, in the field of technical attention to the pursuit of multidimensional progress. In the third, fourth and fifth chapters, the author summarizes the innovation practice of the new generation architects from three aspects: environmental concern, cultural concern and technical concern. According to the specific topics in each chapter, the author synthetically analyzes the current situation of creation in the contemporary context of China, and on this basis, systematically combs the innovative practical strategies and creative attitudes adopted by the new generation architects in the corresponding aspects. Based on the classification and discussion of harmonious symbiosis (environment, dialogue and integration), this paper makes a systematic classification and summary of the creative practice of Chinese Cenozoic architects. The conclusion part (6th, seven chapters) is the evaluation and prospect. Firstly, from a forward-looking perspective, the author sums up the achievements and shortcomings of the new generation architects, and then grasps the pulse of the times and the future trend. The development direction of Chinese architecture in the future is "form following ecology". Based on this, the author points out that the new generation architects should make great improvements in three aspects: environment, culture and technology: integration of environment, site coordination and building energy conservation; Based on culture, humanistic care is poured into from the details; in the pulse era, the comprehensive integration is pursued on the basis of new technology. Finally, the corresponding strategies and suggestions are put forward in three aspects: perfecting policies and regulations, reforming architectural education and constructing theoretical system.
