基于BIM技术的绿色建筑评价与优化研究

【摘要】:绿色建筑是建筑业响应可持续发展战略号召的应用实践,近年来,我国高度重视建筑行业的资源和环境问题,制定了一系列的标准和条例促进绿色建筑的发展。绿色建筑评价体系的实施和完善对资源节约和环境保护具有重要意义。目前,专家学者们对绿色建筑评价方法的研究很多,但是对结合BIM技术开展的绿色建筑评价方法的研究却很少。BIM技术可对建设项目全生命周期的全部信息进行高效管理,实现信息共享。考虑建筑行业信息化的转型趋势,本研究具有一定的理论价值和实际应用价值。本文以绿色建筑为研究对象,主要目的是建立客观的评价与优化模型。在国内外研究的基础上,运用文献综述法、模型构建法、问卷调查法、实证分析法等方法展开研究。首先,对比分析国内外常用的绿色建筑评价指标体系,确定评价指标的基本框架,分为节能、节地、节水、节材、室内环境和运营管理六个方面。这六个方面的分析评价都能通过BIM软件模拟而得,本文选择以节能评价为例展开研究,并对体系中可量化的指标及其量化方法进行细化分析。其次,构建BIM模型,使用BIM软件进行可持续分析,将分析结果与绿色建筑评价指标相联系,对导致分析结果的原因进行探究,选择重要影响因子确定为评价指标体系。最后,结合贝叶斯网络确定指标间的关系,构建BIM-Bayes综合评价优化模型;利用贝叶斯网络的推理功能,提出改进绿色建筑设计方案的优化建议,并选取南京大厂区葛塘镇的一栋建筑来分析验证模型的合理性。本文的研究价值在于建立了操作性强、简单便捷的BIM-Bayes综合评价优化模型,体现在以下两点:第一,以设计为导向,设计者可根据分析结果直接在BIM模型中进行修改;第二,贝叶斯网络可直接计算终节点的综合概率值,省去复杂的权重计算过程。BIM技术通过性能模拟和性能分析评价,将绿色建筑评价时间点前置,降低了建筑对环境的影响,实现对绿色建筑评价体系的补充和完善。
[Abstract]:Green building is the application practice of the construction industry in response to the call of sustainable development strategy. In recent years, China attaches great importance to the construction industry's resources and environment problems. A series of standards and regulations have been formulated to promote the development of green building. The implementation and improvement of green building evaluation system is of great significance to the conservation of resources and environmental protection. At present, experts and scholars have done a lot of research on the evaluation method of green building. However, the research of green building evaluation method based on BIM technology is few. BIM technology can efficiently manage all the information in the whole life cycle of the construction project and realize the information sharing. This study has some theoretical value and practical application value. The main purpose of this paper is to establish an objective evaluation and optimization model for green building. On the basis of domestic and foreign research, we use literature review method, model construction method, First of all, comparative analysis of the common domestic and foreign green building evaluation index system, determine the basic framework of evaluation indicators, divided into energy-saving, land-saving, water-saving, water-saving, material saving, There are six aspects of indoor environment and operation management. The analysis and evaluation of these six aspects can be obtained through the simulation of BIM software. This paper chooses the energy conservation evaluation as an example to carry out the research. The quantifiable indexes and their quantification methods in the system are analyzed in detail. Secondly, the BIM model is constructed, and the sustainable analysis is carried out by using BIM software. The analysis results are related to the evaluation indexes of green buildings. This paper probes into the reasons leading to the analysis results and selects the important influence factors as the evaluation index system. Finally, combined with the relationship between the indexes determined by Bayesian network, the optimization model of comprehensive evaluation of BIM-Bayes is constructed, and the reasoning function of Bayesian network is utilized. The optimization suggestion of improving the design scheme of green building is put forward, and a building in Getang Town, Nanjing Dachang District, is selected to analyze and verify the rationality of the model. The research value of this paper lies in the establishment of strong maneuverability. The simple and convenient BIM-Bayes comprehensive evaluation optimization model is embodied in the following two aspects: first, the designer can modify the BIM model directly according to the results of the analysis, and secondly, the designer can modify the model directly according to the analysis results. Bayesian network can directly calculate the comprehensive probability value of the terminal node, and eliminate the complicated weight calculation process. BIM technology can put the green building evaluation before the time point through performance simulation and performance analysis and evaluation, thus reducing the impact of the building on the environment. To achieve the green building evaluation system complement and perfect.
