室内光环境对工作效率的影响研究

【摘要】:办公室作为日常工作与交流的重要场所,其内部照明质量将直接影响到工作氛围和人们的心理和生理,从而对人们工作效率产生影响。本文的研究目的就是针对不同的认知能力进行实验研究,同时结合主观评价和生理反应,,分析办公室中不同的照度条件对工作效率产生的影响,从而得出不同工作任务所需的最适合照度条件。 本文首先分析了室内光环境对工作效率的影响机制模型,同时结合认知心理学和生理学知识,阐述了工作效率的评价方法,建立了工作效率的评价模型,并且针对光环境,选取了代表性的认知能力测试项目;然后,通过实验研究了不同照度条件对人们的主观评价、认知能力和生理反应产生的影响,分析得出人们工作效率最高时的照度条件;最后,利用DIALux软件,模拟了办公室中不同的光环境模型,并通过对比分析,得出适合办公环境的最佳灯具分布模型。本文的主要研究成果如下: 1)通过实验中设置不同的照度条件,研究了照度对认知能力的影响,得出照度对认知任务的输出绩效有显著影响,而且照度在300-500Lux时认知任务的输出绩效最高。 2)通过实验研究了照度对生理的影响,得出心率和血压随照度的变化规律。实验结果表明,照度对心率的影响较大,心率随照度的增加而增加,对其它生理参数没有显著影响。 3)本文基于重庆大学某办公室,利用DIALux软件模拟了不同的室内空间光环境模型,并通过对比分析不同模型的模拟结果,得出了最佳的灯具布置模式。 4)基于认知能力的考查方法,提出了评价工作效率的三个指标,即准确率(AC)、反应时间(RT)和综合绩效(PI)。
[Abstract]:As an important place for daily work and communication, the internal lighting quality of the office will directly affect the working atmosphere and people's psychology and physiology. The purpose of this paper is to carry out experimental research on different cognitive abilities and analyze the influence of different illuminance conditions on work efficiency by combining subjective evaluation and physiological reaction. Thus, the most suitable illumination conditions for different tasks are obtained. This paper first analyzes the mechanism model of the influence of indoor light environment on work efficiency, at the same time, combined with cognitive psychology and physiological knowledge, expounds the evaluation method of work efficiency, establishes the evaluation model of work efficiency, and aims at the light environment. Then, the effects of different illumination conditions on subjective evaluation, cognitive ability and physiological response of people are studied through experiments, and the illuminance conditions when people work with the highest efficiency are analyzed. Finally, the different light environment models in the office are simulated by using DIALux software, and through comparison and analysis, the best light distribution model suitable for the office environment is obtained. The main research results of this paper are as follows:. 1) the effects of illumination on cognitive ability were studied by setting different illuminance conditions in the experiment. The results showed that illumination had significant effect on the output performance of cognitive task, and the output performance of cognitive task was the highest in 300-500Lux. 2) the effects of illuminance on physiology were studied experimentally, and the variation of heart rate and blood pressure with illumination was obtained. The results showed that illumination had a great effect on heart rate, and the heart rate increased with the increase of illumination, but had no significant effect on other physiological parameters. 3) based on a certain office of Chongqing University, this paper simulates different indoor spatial light environment models by using DIALux software, and through comparing and analyzing the simulation results of different models, the best arrangement mode of lamps and lanterns is obtained. 4) based on the test method of cognitive ability, three indexes are put forward to evaluate the work efficiency, that is, the accuracy rate, the reaction time and the synthetic performance.
