智慧城市背景下的城市综合体设计研究

【摘要】：随着时代飞速变革,我国城市建设蓬勃发展,继而出现大量的城市综合体,越来越多的综合体对于扩大城市空间的复合利用,以及提升城市的建设投资效率和集约化能力均拥有巨大的现实意义,并且能够促进城市功能复合性的可持续发展。研究表明,城市综合体的建设与城市的发展密切相关。在城市综合体的设计过程中,如何有效地将繁多的城市功能复合成为一体、促进城市的集约化发展、同时提升城市资源的利用率,是一个亟待解决的问题。智慧城市基于城市各个关键系统的智能协作,以数字化、网络化和智能化的信息技术设施为基础,从而确保城市的良性运行。城市综合体自身的复合化功能与高度联通作用能够成为智慧城市发展网络中可供协调各个系统的重要智慧性功能节点。在此视角下,基于智慧城市的城市综合体建筑具有自身在建筑空间与环境景观上的特质。因此将城市综合体的研究纳入智慧城市背景是必要且实际可行的。本文基于对智慧城市的概念和发展前景的研究,针对城市的综合体的模式概念,从分析城市综合体的作用、智慧型城市综合体的建筑与空间以及智慧型城市综合体的景观与空间等三个方面展开论述。本文首先分析如何将智慧城市的内涵和模式应用于城市的实际发展中,以及如何将智慧型城市的需求与城市综合体的需求有效结合在一起;以智慧城市发展为切入点,找寻城市综合体存在与发展的现实依据,深入分析了城市综合体的功能作用。其次,对智慧型城市综合体的建筑与空间进行研究,主要包括分析城市的发展与城市综合体中建筑与空间之间的关系,同时研究上述两者之间的相互影响。最后,对城市综合体的景观设计进行集中研究,以期在进一步提升城市综合体的生态文化内涵的同时,增强生活市民的愉悦感。本文通过对国内外城市综合体建筑设计中总结的经验进行借鉴和分析,结合我国当前的城市综合体设计现状,探索能够使新型的城市综合体更加具有智慧型、人性化以及系统化的研究方法。在分析智慧城市的特征、功能与城市综合体两者关系之间的基础上,从建筑空间设计及城市景观设计等方面研究了智慧城市与城市综合体之间的相同点,同时对发展城市综合体提出具有建设性的方法和构思。
[Abstract]:With the rapid change of the times, the urban construction in our country is booming, and then a large number of urban complexes have emerged, and more and more complexes have expanded the compound utilization of urban space. And to improve the construction investment efficiency and intensive ability of the city has great practical significance, and can promote the sustainable development of urban functional complex. The construction of the urban complex is closely related to the development of the city. In the design of the urban complex, how to effectively combine various urban functions into one, promote the intensive development of the city, and promote the utilization of urban resources at the same time, Intelligent City is based on the intelligent collaboration of key systems in the city, and is based on digital, networked and intelligent information technology facilities. So as to ensure the benign operation of the city, the compound function and highly connected function of the urban complex itself can become the important intelligent function node in the intelligent city development network which can coordinate the various systems. The urban complex building based on the wisdom city has its own characteristics in the architectural space and the environment landscape. Therefore, it is necessary and feasible to bring the study of the urban complex into the intelligent city background. Study on the concept and Development prospects of City, According to the concept of urban complex model, the function of urban complex is analyzed. The architecture and space of intelligent urban complex and the landscape and space of intelligent urban complex are discussed. Firstly, this paper analyzes how to apply the connotation and mode of intelligent city to the actual development of city. And how to effectively combine the needs of intelligent cities with the needs of urban complexes, and find the realistic basis for the existence and development of urban complexes by taking the development of intelligent cities as the starting point. The function of urban complex is deeply analyzed. Secondly, the architecture and space of intelligent urban complex are studied, including the analysis of the relationship between urban development and architecture and space in urban complex. At the same time, the interaction between the two is studied. Finally, the landscape design of urban complex is focused on, in order to further enhance the ecological and cultural connotation of urban complex at the same time, Based on the experience in the design of urban complex architecture at home and abroad, combined with the current situation of urban complex design in China, To explore the new urban complex more intelligent, human and systematic research methods. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics, functions and the relationship between the urban complex and the intelligent city, From the aspects of architectural space design and urban landscape design, this paper studies the similarities between intelligent city and urban complex, and puts forward constructive methods and ideas for the development of urban complex.
