南大科学园创新创业教育园二期工程设计

【摘要】:高新科技园区建设的兴起是建立在工业生产高度发达,产业分类精细化,科技创新已然成为各个行业发展核心推动力的基础上。20世纪70年代欧美发达国家经济转型同时新兴经济体开始腾飞,世界经济总体结构发生巨大变化,随着发达国家的制造业转移,新兴经济体通过低人力成本吸收劳动密集型产业,发达国家转而发展知识密集型产业,由此发达国家的工业园区正式转向知识密集型的高科技园区发展,获得从科研到产出的绿色通道。园区也依靠着拥有较为完善的硬件配套设施这一特点,成为城市空间格局发展的亮点,吸引各行各业的精英企业及创新人才聚集于一地,发挥各自优势,展开科技创新生产活动,从而带动所在地区甚至城市的经济发展,提升其竞争力。本案为南大科学园四园地的一部分,作为南大科学园最后一工程,业主旨在提高整个场地品质,连带提升整个园区环境。全部建筑用于出租或销售。笔者就以南大科学园创新创业教育园二期工程为蓝本研究产业园规划及建筑设计。通过对地形地貌的分析合理利用场地条件,并结合周边环境对场地景观进行设计,通过设计提升整个场地品质。同时,本案通过案例分析对办公建筑平面进行归纳总结研究,得出办公建筑设计基本原型,并付诸实践。并根据南京本地气候研究,对设计立面遮阳系统进行深化设计,通过软件模拟设计减少夏季直射阳光同时通过反光板和高窗的设计引入更多折射光以提高室内照明质量提升室内办公空间品质。
[Abstract]:The construction of high-tech parks was built on the basis of highly developed industrial production and refined industrial classification. Scientific and technological innovation has become the core driving force for the development of various industries. On the basis of the economic transformation of developed countries in Europe and the United States in the 1970s, the emerging economies began to take off, and the overall structure of the world economy has undergone tremendous changes. As manufacturing shifts in developed countries, emerging economies absorb labor-intensive industries through low labour costs, and developed countries shift to knowledge-intensive industries. As a result, industrial parks in developed countries have formally shifted to the development of knowledge-intensive high-tech parks, thus obtaining a green channel from scientific research to output. The parks also rely on the characteristics of having relatively complete hardware facilities. It has become a bright spot in the development of the urban spatial pattern, attracting elite enterprises and innovative talents from all kinds of industries to gather in one place, giving play to their respective advantages, and carrying out scientific and technological innovation and production activities, thus driving the economic development of the region and even the city. This case is part of the four gardens of the Science Park of Nanda. As the last project of the Science Park, the owner aims to improve the quality of the whole site. All buildings are used for rental or sale. The author studies the planning and architectural design of the industrial park based on the second phase project of innovation and entrepreneurship education park of science park, Nanda. Through the analysis of topography and landform. Rational use of site conditions, And combined with the surrounding environment of the site landscape design, through the design to improve the quality of the entire site. At the same time, through the case study of the office building plane summary and study, get the office building design basic prototype, And put it into practice. According to the study of local climate in Nanjing, the design of the shading system on the facade has been further designed. Through the software simulation design to reduce the direct sunlight in summer and to introduce more refraction light through the design of the reflector and the high window to improve the indoor lighting quality and improve the indoor office space quality.
