地铁与商业连接空间的设计探讨

【摘要】:“城市是以聚集作为其本质,城市的各类功能和设施都是为了加强城市的集约化和提高城市的效率来服务的。”在城市建设和发展中从粗放型向集约型转变是贯彻可持续发展战略,且具有全局意义的重要途径。各种城市功能间的连接整合正是实现集约型城市建设的关键点,因此各个功能空间之间的连接转换需求不断增长。同时在城市建设中,,受到发展空间的限制,使得城市商业、办公、交通都在向地下发展。地铁和商业是城市功能空间的重要组成部分。两者的相互依存相互促进是完善城市功能的关键。特别是地铁是城市的交通节点甚至枢纽,通过连接地铁可以将周边数个地块的商业连成一体,增加了商业的聚集效应。所以地铁与商业的连接进行深入的研究是十分必要的。 作为地铁与商业间桥梁和纽带的连接空间,既是两者间人流的交汇点,也是两者功能互补与融合的空间。但从微观角度研究地铁与商业的一体化的连接空间研究,并未得到足够重视。连接空间的设计缺少系统完善的理论与设计方法,这也使得连接空间设计与建造存在一些问题。 通过采用地下建筑学、商业建筑等相关设计理论,并结合地铁设计的实践应用,本文从设计角度对连接空间进行了研究。研究工作从国内实例入手,总结分析了地铁与商业的连接空间的属性,存在问题和制约因素,并从地铁和商业两个方面对连接空间进行了研究。研究成果从城市功能、平面形式、空间形态三方面归纳出地铁与商业建筑的连接空间模式。提出了连接空间的设计原则、设计策略、设计手法。最后以南京地铁3号线宏运大道站为例,对地铁与商业建筑的连接空间进行实证研究及应用,并提出了连接空间设计的相关建议。 本次研究的成果,在研究的角度有一定的创新性,并对于实践运用有一定的参考价值。希望本研究能够为地铁和商业一体化的设计提供一定的帮助并借以为城市空间的发展做出贡献。
[Abstract]:"the essence of a city is gathering, and all kinds of functions and facilities of the city serve to strengthen the intensification of the city and to improve the efficiency of the city."The transformation from extensive to intensive in urban construction and development is an important way to carry out the strategy of sustainable development with overall significance.The integration of various urban functions is the key point to realize the construction of intensive cities, so the need of connection conversion between each functional space is increasing.At the same time, in the urban construction, limited by the development space, make the city business, office, traffic are developing underground.Subway and commerce are important parts of urban functional space.The interdependence and mutual promotion of the two is the key to perfect the function of the city.Especially the subway is the traffic node or even the hub of the city. By connecting the subway, the commerce of several surrounding plots can be connected into one, which increases the aggregation effect of the commerce.So it is necessary to study the connection between subway and business.As a bridge and link between subway and commerce, it is not only the intersection of the two flows of people, but also the space where the two functions complement each other.However, the research on the integration of subway and commerce from a micro perspective has not been paid enough attention to.The design of connection space is short of systematic theory and design method, which makes the design and construction of connection space have some problems.Through the adoption of underground architecture, commercial architecture and other related design theories, and combined with the practical application of subway design, this paper studies the connecting space from the design point of view.Starting with the domestic examples, this paper summarizes and analyzes the attributes, existing problems and restrictive factors of the connecting space between the subway and the commercial, and studies the connecting space from the two aspects of the subway and the commercial.The research results conclude the connecting space mode of subway and commercial building from three aspects: urban function, plane form and space form.The design principle, design strategy and design method of connection space are put forward.Finally, taking Hongyun Avenue Station of Nanjing Metro Line 3 as an example, the paper makes an empirical study and application of the connecting space between subway and commercial buildings, and puts forward some suggestions for the design of connecting space.The results of this study are innovative in the perspective of research, and have a certain reference value for practical application.It is hoped that this study can provide some help for the design of subway and commercial integration and contribute to the development of urban space.
