某开发住宅项目绿色建筑实施与评价体系应用研究

【摘要】：本文通过介绍项目开发实例,结合绿色建筑在国内外发展进程,根据我国绿色建筑设计采用和遵循的国家和地方的标准,如《绿色建筑评价标准》等相关规范要求,对某开发项目按照前期废弃场地利用;建筑外围护保温结构的保温措施;建筑体型系数和窗墙比设计;充分利用室外面积布置绿化系统,提高绿化率;合理设置户型,保证自然采光率;合理开发利用地下空间;公共场所和部位采用高效节能灯具,降低能耗;合理设计绿化景观,提高绿化面积;引入天津市市政中水;智能化系统控制等,系统的阐述了绿色建筑理念在该项目设计开发阶段的实施与评价应用,并对目前绿色建筑评价体系相关制度建设现状提出自己的见解,力求使我国绿色建筑评价体系处于初始阶段的过程中使其更加细化、定量化,与国民经济发展相适应。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces an example of project development, combining the development process of green building at home and abroad, according to the national and local standards adopted and followed by green building design in our country, such as "Green Building Evaluation Standard" and other relevant specifications.According to the utilization of the former abandoned site, the insulation measures of the building exterior envelope and insulation structure, the design of the building shape coefficient and window / wall ratio, the full use of the outdoor area arrangement and greening system, the improvement of the green rate, the reasonable setting of the household type,Ensure natural lighting rate; reasonable development and utilization of underground space; use of high-efficiency energy-saving lamps in public places and parts to reduce energy consumption; reasonable design of green landscape and increase green area; introduction of municipal water in Tianjin; intelligent system control, etc.This paper systematically expounds the implementation and application of the concept of green building in the stage of design and development of the project, and puts forward its own opinion on the present situation of the system construction of the evaluation system of green building.In order to make the evaluation system of green building in our country in the initial stage of the process to make it more detailed, quantitative, and adapt to the development of the national economy.
