光伏系统并网管理应用项目研究

【摘要】:在国家电网公司深入推行“三集五大”体系建设的大背景下,内蒙古电力公司于2010年开始大力推进新能源项目建设工作。鄂尔多斯电业局紧紧抓住此契机,结合地区优势,努力开展光伏电站建设工作。 多年来,鄂尔多斯电网所辖变电站覆盖范围广,风能、太阳能资源充足。火电因化石资源的枯竭而无法满足现代电力的需要。随着光伏发电技术日益成熟和太阳能电池成本的逐渐下降,为满足本地区内日益增长的负荷需求,大力建设光伏电站已势在必行。本文的研究,为鄂尔多斯电网大力建设光伏电站提供了指导意见和配套解决措施,并可以作为工程实施的技术手册,具有重大的意义。 本文以鄂尔多斯电网建设光伏电站项目为背景,首先分析了我国光伏产业发展趋势、当前国家对光伏产业的支持政策、光伏系统并网后产生的影响及解决措施,提出了鄂尔多斯配电网接入光伏系统后需要采取措施减少影响的必要性和可行性。然后分析了内蒙古地区和鄂尔多斯电网现状、电力需求及鄂尔多斯光伏接入情况。接着对光伏系统并网后产生的影响进行了详细分析,以在电压和保护方面产生的影响为例进行了深入的研究。接下来在影响分析的基础上,对鄂尔多斯配电网接入光伏系统应采取的措施分技术方面和管理方面展开了深入的探讨,并针对情况提出了合适的技术和管理改进措施。最后,对鄂尔多斯光伏系统未来建设即将开展的工作进行了探讨,并对今后光伏系统研究方向和应用方向提出了建议。并以宏大光伏电站20MWp金太阳屋顶示范工程接入系统进行了实例分析。
[Abstract]:Under the background of "three sets and five" system construction carried out by State Grid Company, Inner Mongolia Electric Power Company began to vigorously promote the construction of new energy projects in 2010.Ordos electric power bureau grasps this opportunity tightly, unifies the region superiority, diligently develops the photovoltaic power station construction work.Over the years, the Ordos power grid has a wide range of substations, wind and solar resources.Because of the depletion of fossil resources, thermal power can not meet the needs of modern electricity.With the development of photovoltaic power generation technology and the decrease of solar cell cost, it is imperative to build photovoltaic power station in order to meet the increasing load demand in this area.The research in this paper provides guidance and corresponding solutions for the construction of photovoltaic power station in Ordos power grid, and can be used as a technical manual for engineering implementation, which is of great significance.Based on the project of building photovoltaic power station in Ordos power grid, this paper firstly analyzes the development trend of photovoltaic industry in our country, the current national support policy for photovoltaic industry, the influence of photovoltaic system and its solution.The necessity and feasibility of taking measures to reduce the impact after the Ordos distribution network is connected to the photovoltaic system are put forward.Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of Inner Mongolia and Ordos power grid, power demand and the situation of photovoltaic access in Ordos.Then, the influence of photovoltaic system is analyzed in detail, and the effect of voltage and protection is studied deeply.Then, on the basis of impact analysis, the measures to be taken by Ordos distribution network to access photovoltaic system are discussed in detail in terms of technology and management, and appropriate technical and management improvement measures are put forward in the light of the situation.Finally, the future construction of the photovoltaic system in Ordos is discussed, and the research direction and application direction of the photovoltaic system in the future are put forward.An example of the access system for the 20MWp gold solar roof demonstration project of a large photovoltaic power station is presented.
