中铁大桥局员工组织契合度调查研究及提升建议

【摘要】：员工组织契合度在国内是一个比较新的研究领域,西方的研究理论因各种因素在中国应用存在许多不适应的地方,本文通过对大型国有建筑施工企业-中铁大桥局的员工组织契合度进行深入研究,有助于这类企业发现在人力资源管理方面的问题,改进管理措施,推动企业更好的吸引人才、健康发展。文章共分为五个部分：第一部分为导论,主要阐述了论文的选题背景,分析了研究的理论意义和现实意义,介绍了论文的研究内容和研究框架。第二部分为国内外理论研究现状。主要介绍了什么是员工组织契合度理论以及国内外对该理论的研究现状及研究成果,并对研究现状进行了分析,指出了存在的不足。第三部分为中铁大桥局员工组织契合度调查分析。首先简要介绍了中铁大桥局的基本情况及员工队伍状况。重点对笔者所做的中铁大桥局员工组织契合度现状调查进行了详细阐述,说明了调查问卷的内容、参与人数、地域情况,并对参与调查的人员按照性别、年龄、工龄、学历、岗位和职称等情况进行了图标分析和交叉分析。根据调查结果,对每一个调查问题的得分情况进行了分析,并进行了综合分析。第四部分为提示中铁大桥局员工组织契合度的建议。根据调查结果,有针对性的从薪酬体系、绩效考评体系、员工职业生涯发展规划、人才培养、人文关怀、企业文化等几个方面提出了笔者的意见和建议。第五部分为结论。对全文做了提炼和总结。
[Abstract]:The degree of organizational fitness of employees is a relatively new research field in China. Western research theories have many unsuitable places for their application in China due to various factors.In this paper, through the in-depth study of the staff organization fit degree of the large state-owned construction enterprise-China Railway Bridge Bureau, it is helpful for these enterprises to find out the problems in human resource management, improve the management measures, and promote the enterprises to attract talents better.Develop healthily.The article is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, mainly describes the background of the topic, analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the study, and introduces the research content and research framework.The second part is the current situation of theoretical research at home and abroad.This paper mainly introduces what is the theory of employee organization fit degree, the research status quo and research results of this theory at home and abroad, and analyzes the present research situation, and points out the shortcomings of the research.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the degree of organizational compatibility of the staff of China Railway Bridge Bureau.First of all, the basic situation and staff status of China Railway Bridge Bureau are briefly introduced.In this paper, the author makes a detailed description of the status quo of the employees' organizational compatibility of the China Railway Bridge Bureau, and explains the contents of the questionnaire, the number of participants, the geographical situation, and the participants according to their gender, age, length of service, educational background, etc.Position and title of the status of icon analysis and cross-analysis.According to the results of the investigation, the score of each investigation question is analyzed, and a comprehensive analysis is made.The fourth part is the suggestion of staff organization fit degree of China Railway Bridge Bureau.According to the results of the investigation, the author puts forward the author's opinions and suggestions from several aspects, such as salary system, performance appraisal system, staff career development planning, talent training, humanistic care, corporate culture and so on.The fifth part is the conclusion.The full text is refined and summarized.
