【摘要】:在当前知识经济的时代背景下,由于知识型员工掌握着比较先进的技术能力和文化知识,可以为企业的生产经营带来显著的贡献,知识型员工通过对于自身掌握知识和技能的利用,不断创新,实现价值,成为企业获得市场核心竞争力的关键所在;对知识型员工进行的激励已经受到各行业企业家以管理学、心理学领域专家和学者的集中关注。 文章首先在阐述了论文的研究背景与意义、思路和方法、研究内容等,对文献进行整理和综述;然后对知识型员工的概念做出相关界定,介绍经典的激励理论以及有关知识型员工的激励原理和理论,同时阐述高科技人才重要作用的理论。 接下来文章主要是开展对KM企业知识型员工的激励现状及问题分析,从阐述KM企业概况、知识型员工概况着手,结合访谈结果分析以及知识型员工满意度调查问卷的结果分析KM企业知识型员工激励现状及问题,最后分析KM企业知识型员工激励问题的原因。 最后在提出KM企业知识型员工激励提升原则的基础上,从薪酬、个人发展空间、企业工作本身以及企业工作环境四个方面分别给出了KM企业知识型员工激励提升的具体策略。薪酬方面的建议主要是基于薪酬结构体系、市场竞争力、绩效三个角度提出的;个人发展空间方面的建议主要是基于培训体系、晋升制度体系、职业认识以及职业信息四个角度提出的;企业工作自身方面的建议主要是基于岗位匹配性、工作挑战性、工作自主性三个角度提出的;企业工作环境方面的建议主要是分为内在环境和外在环境两个部分进行分析的。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the current knowledge economy era, because the knowledge workers have more advanced technical ability and cultural knowledge, they can make remarkable contributions to the production and management of enterprises.Knowledge workers through their knowledge and skills to grasp the use of continuous innovation to achieve value, become the key to the core competitiveness of the market.The focus of experts and scholars in the field of psychology.Firstly, the paper expounds the research background and significance, ideas and methods, research content and so on, then makes a related definition to the concept of knowledge worker.This paper introduces the classical incentive theory, the motivation principle and theory of knowledge workers, and expounds the important function theory of high-tech talents at the same time.Next, the article is mainly to carry out the incentive status and problem analysis of km enterprise knowledge workers, from the elaboration of km enterprise general situation, knowledge employee profile,Based on the analysis of interview results and the results of knowledge employee satisfaction questionnaire, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of km enterprise knowledge employee motivation, and finally analyzes the reasons of km enterprise knowledge employee incentive problem.Finally, on the basis of the principle of motivation and promotion of km enterprise knowledge workers, the specific strategies of km enterprise knowledge staff motivation and promotion are given from four aspects: salary, personal development space, enterprise work itself and enterprise working environment.Compensation proposals are mainly based on salary structure system, market competitiveness, performance; personal development space is mainly based on the training system, promotion system system,The suggestions are based on job matching, job challenge and job autonomy.The suggestion of working environment is divided into two parts: internal environment and external environment.
