基于信息技术的互助式社区养老设施规划设计研究

【摘要】：本文从中国主要养老模式发展的现状出发，，对与老年人密切相关的社区居家养老进行相关研究。首先，基于对中国社区养老发展进程与现状的分析，明晰我国社区养老设施在功能、布局方面的缺陷；其次，结合信息技术以及互助养老服务形式在社区养老中的应用情况，进行基于信息技术的互助式社区养老设施网络的构建。这种网络的构建是指通过整合当前信息技术学科、经济管理学科和社会学科的最新优势，针对性地解决社区养老设施目前存在的问题，探讨社区养老模式一种新的可能性。 一方面，基于信息技术的互助式社区养老设施的网络构建能够为社区老年人提供高质量的硬件设施与社区养老服务；另一方面，通过对互助式社区养老设施在规划设计和建筑设计方面的研究，尝试探索一条互助式社区养老设施规划与建筑设计可操作的有效途径。 论文共分为六章节进行阐述。第一章绪论部分，探讨论文研究的背景与现状，研究目的与意义，研究内容与方法，对相关概念进行解析，并且提出研究框架；第二章，综述我国社区养老现状以及问题分析；第三章，基于信息技术的互助式社区养老设施网络构建，并提出其概念，组织架构以及系统组成，网络体系；第四章，探讨互助式社区养老设施进行功能配置、规划布置以及指标配建；第五章，探讨互助式社区养老设施建筑设计要点。
[Abstract]:Based on the current situation of the development of the main pension models in China, this paper makes a related study on the community home pension which is closely related to the elderly.Construct the network of mutual assistance community pension facilities based on information technology.The construction of this network refers to solving the existing problems of community pension facilities by integrating the latest advantages of current information technology, economic management and social disciplines, and exploring a new possibility of community pension model.On the one hand, the network construction of mutual assistance community pension facilities based on information technology can provide high-quality hardware facilities and community pension services for the elderly in the community; on the other hand,Based on the research on the planning and architectural design of the mutual assistance community pension facilities, this paper attempts to explore an effective way for the planning and architectural design of the mutual assistance community pension facilities.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The third chapter, based on information technology, the construction of mutual assistance community pension facilities network, and put forward its concept, organizational structure and system composition, network system; chapter four, explore the mutual assistance community pension facilities for functional configuration,The fifth chapter discusses the design essentials of mutual assistance community pension facilities.
