德国被动房在大连地区多层住宅中的设计与应用研究

【摘要】:当前,解决日益紧迫的资源、环境与经济发展之间的矛盾已成为国际社会共同面临的一个严峻挑战。“十二五”期间,我国将实施城镇新建建筑严格落实强制性节能标准,并将既有建筑节能改造列为主要内容。为了实现该目标,我国在建筑节能、既有建筑节能改造、可再生能源的大规模应用,建筑能耗统计,监测和评价系统等方面还应继续进行更多的探索与创新。而德国在节能建筑方面一直走在欧洲各国前列,其丰富的经验和成熟的技术在众多领域中已经得到广泛的应用,并被证明具有良好的经济效益。因此加强建筑节能国际交流与合作,借鉴国外的先进技术、管理和实践经验加快我国建筑节能发展尤为重要。 基于上述问题,本研究针对大连地区住宅节能中存在的问题,以城市中心区多层住宅为研究对象,进行以下方面研究: (1)从德国被动房的研发过程和推广经验两方面进行介绍,促进我国和德国之间在建筑能效方面的知识交流,对大连地区以合理的规划设计,经济适用的技术去实现节能和经济收益目标起到一定借鉴作用。 (2)通过对大连地区住宅节能发展现状与德国被动房的对比总结,对大连地区德国被动房进行可行性研究,设定德国被动房的推动计划,从而推动大连地区住宅节能发展。 (3)制定大连地区德国被动式多层住宅设计策略,通过被动房设计包进行试设计实践,做出评价与优化,与大连65%节能标准进行比较,做出相应的经济性分析,为其设计模式的节能效果提供参考。 本研究属建筑设计与建筑技术研究领域。内容涉及住宅的长期使用和可持续发展,成果结合德国被动房设计方法,进行大连地区住宅设计的适用性研究,制定本土化设计策略。希望可以弥补国内在该方面的理论研究的缺失,为以后国内同类研究起到一定的借鉴作用,并对实践有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:At present, solving the contradiction between the increasingly urgent resources, environment and economic development has become a serious challenge to the international community.During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China will implement new buildings in cities and towns to strictly implement mandatory energy saving standards, and make the energy-saving reconstruction of existing buildings as the main content.In order to achieve this goal, our country should continue to explore and innovate in the aspects of building energy saving, building energy saving transformation, large-scale application of renewable energy, building energy consumption statistics, monitoring and evaluation system and so on.Germany has been in the forefront of energy-saving construction in Europe, its rich experience and mature technology has been widely used in many fields, and has been proved to have good economic benefits.Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the international exchange and cooperation of building energy conservation, to learn from foreign advanced technology, and to speed up the development of building energy conservation in China through management and practical experience.Based on the above problems, this study aims at the existing problems in the residential energy conservation in Dalian area, taking the multi-storey residential buildings in the central district of the city as the research object, and carries out the following research:1) to introduce the research and development process and promotion experience of passive housing in Germany, to promote the exchange of knowledge on building energy efficiency between China and Germany, and to plan and design Dalian area rationally.Economic application of technology to achieve energy-saving and economic benefits to play a certain role.2) through the comparison and summary of the present situation of residential energy conservation in Dalian and passive housing in Germany, the feasibility of German passive housing in Dalian is studied, and the promotion plan of German passive housing is set up to promote the development of residential energy conservation in Dalian.In order to make the passive multi-storey housing design strategy in Dalian area, the passive housing design package is used to test the design practice, to make the evaluation and optimization, to compare with Dalian 65% energy-saving standard, and to make the corresponding economic analysis.It provides a reference for the energy saving effect of its design pattern.The research belongs to the field of architectural design and architectural technology.The content relates to the long-term use and sustainable development of housing. Combining with the passive housing design method in Germany, the applicability of housing design in Dalian area is studied, and the local design strategy is formulated.It is hoped that it can make up for the lack of theoretical research in this field in our country, which can be used for reference in the future research of the same kind in our country, and has certain guiding significance to the practice.
