夏热冬冷地区办公建筑节能技术与经济性分析

【摘要】:我国夏热冬冷地区的经济和建筑产业发展都非常迅速,而由此造成的与建筑相关的能源消耗就占到了商品总能耗的近三分之一。其中大型公共建筑单位面积能耗远高于住宅能耗,由此引起的能源浪费和能耗偏高突出,因此大型公共建筑是我国未来建筑节能的重点。 本文以夏热冬冷地区典型城市——成都市为例进行了该气候区域的办公建筑能耗模拟研究。通过参阅和分析相关建筑节能设计标准规范及大量文献的基础上,建立了一个符合本地区能耗水平的典型办公建筑分析模型。针对夏热冬冷地区建筑能耗特点选出了18个作为本文研究的影响因子:(1)建筑朝向;(2)窗墙比;(3)外窗综合遮阳系数;(4)外窗传热系数;(5)保温材料厚度;(6)人均占有建筑面积;(7)照明功率密度;(8)设备功率密度;(9)新风指标;(10)夏季室内温度设定;(11)冷水机组的COP;(12)冷水机组的配置;(13)水泵效率;(14)冷冻水供水温度;(15)冷却水进水温度;(16)空调末端风机送风机静压;(17)风机效率;(18)空调系统形式。利用eQUEST软件计算不同影响因素的能耗值,分析各个因素对建筑能耗的影响大小和程度,再结合当地的特点分析得出适宜的节能技术,随后再运用寿命周期成本方法对18个影响因素的周期成本进行分析,最后得出这些影响因素的影响程度大小的排序情况,为建筑节能工作指出了重点,为建筑节能设计工作提供了参考依据。同时针对当前建筑节能激励政策的特点,结合相关资料提出了自己的几点建议,可以为相关建筑节能工作的开展提供参考。
[Abstract]:The economy and construction industry in hot summer and cold winter area in China are developing very rapidly, and the energy consumption related to construction accounts for nearly 1/3 of the total energy consumption of commodities.The energy consumption per unit area of large public buildings is much higher than that of residential buildings, which results in high energy consumption and high energy consumption. Therefore, large public buildings are the focus of building energy conservation in the future in China.This paper takes Chengdu, a typical city in hot summer and cold winter, as an example to simulate the energy consumption of office buildings in this climate area.Based on the reference and analysis of the related building energy saving design standards and a lot of literatures, a typical office building analysis model is established, which accords with the energy consumption level in this area.According to the characteristics of building energy consumption in hot summer and cold winter area, 18 factors are selected as the influencing factor in this paper: 1) the building is facing to the ground, the ratio of window to wall is 3) the comprehensive sunshade coefficient of the outer window is 4) the heat transfer coefficient of the outer window is 5) the thickness of the insulation material is 6) the per capita occupies the building surface.Air conditioning terminal air conditioning terminal air conditioning terminal air conditioningAir-conditioning system form of air-conditioning system.Using eQUEST software to calculate the energy consumption value of different factors, analyze the influence of each factor on the building energy consumption, and then combine the local characteristics analysis to obtain the appropriate energy saving technology.Then the life cycle cost method is used to analyze the cycle cost of 18 influencing factors. Finally, the order of the influence degree of these factors is obtained, which points out the key points for building energy conservation work.It provides reference for building energy saving design.At the same time, according to the characteristics of the current building energy conservation incentive policy, combined with the relevant information put forward some suggestions, which can provide a reference for the development of building energy conservation work.
