透水混凝土及其排水系统设计与研究

【摘要】:透水混凝土作为一种体积主要由粗骨料的堆积体积形成的新型的混凝土材料,有着普通混凝土没有的生态效应。它高度的透水透气性、吸音降噪、蓄水能力强以及良好的装饰性,已经受到了国内外很多研究者和学者的推崇。目前我国对透水性混凝土这方面的研究还不成熟,且没有完整可行的设计规范以供参考,相关研究理论和方法还有待进一步的研究。故为了更好的推进透水性混凝土这种新型材料的普及,继续做细致的理论探讨以及实验研究显得尤为重要。本文对透水性的混凝土的性能研究做了许多工作,具体工作内容如下: 1.本文实验所用的材料结合实验的原理多数采用本地的材料。经过配合比设计方案的分析和比较最终选用体积法,是运用孔隙率为依据的方法,即胶凝浆体体积、粗集料体积与目标孔隙体积三者之和为1立方米。设计过程主要参考CJJ/T135-2009《透水水泥混凝土路面技术规程》中的体积法的原理,对透水性混凝土的配合比进行设计,并验证其可行性。 2.在实验的过程中,要将其搅拌、成型、养护等工艺与普通混凝土区别开来,不能简单套用。此外,本文借鉴参考陈志山大孔混凝土透水性实验原理,采用自行设计的透水仪来测定透水系数。 3.对实验方法进行筛选和比较后最后采用正交实验方法,本文采用的是五因素四水平,五因素是水泥的用量、陶粒的粒径、水胶比、设计孔隙率、粉煤灰掺量。将实验的结果统计后,运用正交设计助手软件对其进行分析比较,得出影响透水性混凝土强度和透水系数的主次因素排序,和分析了透水性混凝土的抗压强度和透水系数之间的关系。讨论如何在配合比设计过程中选取合适的配合比来兼顾透水混凝土强度和透水系数,从而达到相应的要求。 4.在充分结合当地的降雨量的情况下,研究探讨了透水混凝土排水系统的理论和设计。
[Abstract]:As a new type of concrete material formed by bulk volume of coarse aggregate, permeable concrete has the ecological effect that ordinary concrete does not have.It has high permeability, sound absorption and noise reduction, strong water storage ability and good decoration, which has been praised by many researchers and scholars at home and abroad.At present, the research on permeable concrete in our country is not mature, and there is no complete and feasible design code for reference.Therefore, in order to better promote the popularization of permeable concrete as a new material, it is particularly important to continue to do detailed theoretical research and experimental research.In this paper, a lot of work has been done on the performance of permeable concrete. The specific contents of the work are as follows:1.The materials used in the experiments in this paper are mostly based on local materials.Through the analysis and comparison of the design scheme of mix proportion, the volume method is chosen finally, which is based on porosity, that is, the sum of the volume of cement slurry, the volume of coarse aggregate and the volume of target pore is 1 cubic meter.The design process mainly refers to the principle of volume method in CJJ/T135-2009 "Technical Specification for permeable cement concrete pavement", designs the mix ratio of permeable concrete, and verifies its feasibility.2.In the process of experiment, the mixing, molding and curing processes should be distinguished from ordinary concrete, and can not be simply applied.In addition, with reference to the experimental principle of permeability of Chen Zhishan macroporous concrete, the permeable coefficient is measured by a self-designed pervious instrument.3.After screening and comparing the experimental methods, the orthogonal experimental method was adopted. In this paper, five factors and four levels were used, and five factors were the amount of cement, the particle size of ceramsite, the ratio of water to glue, the design porosity and the content of fly ash.After statistical analysis of the experimental results, the orthogonal design assistant software is used to analyze and compare them, and the order of the primary and secondary factors affecting the strength and permeability coefficient of water-permeable concrete is obtained.The relation between compressive strength and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete is analyzed.This paper discusses how to select suitable mix ratio in the design process of mix ratio to give consideration to the strength and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete so as to meet the corresponding requirements.4.Under the condition of local rainfall, the theory and design of permeable concrete drainage system are studied.
