过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆活性钙检测方法研究

【摘要】:研究了过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆活性钙含量的变化规律,通过盐酸滴定法和EDTA滴定法对比、试验条件敏感性分析、检测方法重复性和复验性研究,确立了过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆活性钙含量的检测方法.结果表明:活性钙含量比pH值指标更能表征过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆的水化活性,与水化产物宏观性能相关性更好;由于过硫磷石膏矿渣水泥浆属于贫钙体系,活性钙含量较低,盐酸滴定法较EDTA滴定法更适用.盐酸滴定法的重复性和复验性良好,但对搅拌时间和搅拌温度敏感,最终确定搅拌时间为2h,搅拌温度为20℃.
[Abstract]:The change rule of active calcium content in persulphogypsum slag cement slurry was studied. By comparison of hydrochloric acid titration and EDTA titration, sensitivity analysis of test conditions, repeatability and reproducibility of detection methods were studied.The determination method of active calcium in persulphogypsum gypsum slag cement slurry was established.The results show that the hydration activity of persulphogypsum slag cement slurry is better than that of pH value, and the hydration product has a better correlation with the macroscopical properties of hydration product, because persulphogypsum gypsum slag cement slurry belongs to the calcium poor system, and the active calcium content is low.Hydrochloric acid titration is more suitable than EDTA titration.The method of hydrochloric acid titration has good reproducibility and reproducibility, but it is sensitive to stirring time and temperature.
