无锡阳山拾房村民宿改造方案

【摘要】：随着城市的发展,许多乡村面临着在快速建设中被拆除的窘境,即使被保留下来,也只是零散的肌理。而它们周边往往是大片新建的建筑。在工业发达的苏南地区这是一个非常普遍的现象。本次设计的场地就面临这种问题,如何将现有的别墅置换成民宿酒店,同时与场地内现有的民居风格相协调。本毕业设计题目是无锡阳山拾房村民宿改造设计。基地位于无锡阳山拾房村旧址,试图对原有肌理进行整理、填补和改造。基地现状为原始拾房村的遗留与改建的低层民居6幢,基地最南侧为一幢现代风格的3层别墅,是本次设计的重点。基地北部为农业休闲观光展示区,为大片菜地景观绿化和三幢功能用房,南部为正在建设的别墅用地。本次设计主要的研究内容是如何遵循原有村落肌理进行规划,加建新建筑和景观设计,完善民宿功能。如何对现代风格的别墅进行平面功能改造,置换为更加经济合理舒适的民宿客房。如何对现代风格的别墅进行立面改造,通过设计创造更好的空间体验,同时与场地内现有的民居风格相协调。民宿改造设计的重点是改造设计,对于原有结构的处理和新功能的置入,直接影响到最终设计结果的成败。内部空间和材料的应用也直接关系到最终的设计成果。论文研究了常见改造设计和民宿酒店设计的空间组织模式,总结其特点,提出符合当前发展趋势的空间组合方式,并将此种模式应用于课题设计中。设计首先分析基地现状环境,进行规划整治,确定了新建建筑的原则。对改造建筑的设计重点是在受到既有的结构和墙体限制下如何创造更好的客房空间。在景观和立面处理上,主要遵循的是与场地内现有的村落现状相协调的原则。改造设计的主要原则是在保留原有分户墙和结构柱的前提下,将分散在四户的L形楼梯集中在中间两户的中跨,其余空间作为客房和公共空间。在室内设计上的处理手法是采用空间叠加的手法。本毕业设计论文的内容和结构是：第一章为绪论,主要讲了课题来源,研究目的和内容以及毕业设计进度安排。第二章为项目概况,主要讲了本毕业设计项目概况,区位介绍和基地现状调研,为下一步的设计做准备。第三章为规划设计,主要讲通过对基地现状肌理的梳理,从场地、功能、风貌等方面对基地进行规划设计。第四章为单体改造设计,通过案例研究,总结改造设计和民宿酒店设计的空间组织规律,及空间组织模式,提出对于设计具体较为适合的空间模式；通过方案设计中的多方案比较来推进设计,并详细说明建筑的功能排布、内部流线、空间组织及立面造型和构造设计。第五章为技术图纸。
[Abstract]:With the development of the city, many villages are faced with the dilemma of being demolished in the rapid construction. Even if they are preserved, they are only scattered texture.And they are often surrounded by large new buildings.This is a very common phenomenon in the industrialized southern part of Jiangsu.The design of the site is faced with this problem, how to replace the existing villa into Maikol, while coordinating with the existing residential style in the venue.The graduation design title is Wuxi Yangshan Fangfang Village residential renovation design.The base is located in the old site of Wuxi Yangshan Fangshan Village, trying to arrange, fill and transform the original texture.The present situation of the base is 6 low-rise houses left over and rebuilt from the original house collection village, and the southernmost part of the base is a three-story villa of modern style, which is the key point of this design.The north of the base is the agricultural leisure and sightseeing exhibition area, the landscape greening for a large area of vegetable fields and three functional houses, and the south is the villa land under construction.The main content of this design is how to follow the original village texture planning, add new architecture and landscape design, improve the function of residential.How to carry on the plane function transformation to the modern style villa, replace for the more economical reasonable comfortable guest room.How to transform the modern style villa facade, create a better space experience through the design, and at the same time coordinate with the existing residential style in the field.The emphasis of the reconstruction design is the reconstruction design. The treatment of the original structure and the placement of the new function will directly affect the success or failure of the final design result.The application of internal space and materials is also directly related to the final design results.This paper studies the spatial organization mode of the common reconstruction design and Maikol design, summarizes its characteristics, puts forward the spatial combination mode which accords with the current development trend, and applies this pattern to the design of the subject.The design firstly analyzes the current environment of the base, carries on the planning and renovation, and determines the principles of the new building.The emphasis of design is how to create better room space under the restriction of existing structure and wall.In the landscape and facade treatment, the main principle is to coordinate with the existing village in the site.The main principle of the reconstruction design is to concentrate the L-shaped staircase scattered in four households in the middle span of the middle two households on the premise of retaining the original separate walls and structural columns. The remaining space is taken as the guest room and public space.In the interior design of the treatment is the use of space superposition technique.The content and structure of this thesis are as follows: the first chapter is the introduction, which mainly describes the source of the subject, the purpose and content of the research and the schedule of the graduation project.The second chapter is the project overview, mainly describes the graduation project profile, location introduction and base status investigation, to prepare for the next design.The third chapter is planning and design, mainly through combing the current situation of the base, from the site, function, style and other aspects of the base planning and design.The fourth chapter is the monomer transformation design, through the case study, summarizes the reconstruction design and Maikol design space organization law, and the spatial organization pattern, proposes the space pattern which is more suitable for the design;Through the multi-scheme comparison in the design to promote the design, and detailed description of the building's functional layout, internal streamline, spatial organization and facade modeling and construction design.The fifth chapter is the technical drawing.
