当代北京旧城菜市场空间研究

【摘要】:菜市场是人们购买蔬菜及其他生鲜食品的重要场所,是城市居民日常生活中必不可少的组成部分。菜市场在中国具有悠久的历史,承担着传承传统文化与习俗的社会意义。菜市场的建设关乎国计民生的基础,也是城市活力的源泉与社会发展的动力。菜市场与农副产品流通、食品安全与卫生、居住区公共服务等社会问题息息相关,也与建筑和城市规划密不可分。 论文立足于北京旧城,着眼于当代,以建筑学与城市设计理论为基础,将菜市场视为城市空间的有机组成部分,对菜市场的分布状况、空间特性以及公共属性进行仔细考察。研究关注对象主要为北京旧城内的47个菜市场。 论文研究了近年来国家级和北京地方级、区级的菜市场相关政策法规,简要介绍了北京旧城内菜市场的发展历史,对于国内外的菜市场相关研究和建设情况进行了概述。论文结合旧城保护及开放空间建设的相关理论,分析了当代北京旧城菜市场特殊的城市背景,强调了菜市场建设与旧城积极保护、宜居环境创建的紧密关联性。 论文对于当代北京旧城内菜市场的规模与分布现状进行了研究,结合城市功能、人口密度、蔬菜零售网络、旧城街区等相关因素交叉分析了其分布规律与特点。论文对菜市场的空间建设现状进行了实地调研及相关数据的收集整理。根据空间模式的不同,将当代北京旧城内的菜市场归纳为四类——连续店铺式菜市场、集中式菜市场、附属式菜市场、分散式菜市场,分别讨论其建筑特点及建筑与旧城积极保护、公共空间塑造的关系,分析其成功之处及存在的问题,并借鉴大量国外菜市场建设案例进行对比分析。 论文总结出当代北京旧城菜市场的现状问题及未来发展的影响因素,参考国外菜市场更新实践项目的理论研究成果及实践经验,对北京旧城菜市场建设的未来提出了宏观策略及微观空间改造方面的发展建议,即扎根于旧城环境,适应于现代需求,将菜市场建设与城市发展结合起来,注重可持续发展策略,,关注空间精细化设计,提升空间品质,创造兼具传统文化内涵及时代创新性的公共活动空间。
[Abstract]:Vegetable market is an important place for people to buy vegetables and other fresh food.Vegetable market has a long history in China, and bears the social significance of inheriting traditional culture and custom.The construction of vegetable market is the foundation of national economy and people's livelihood, the source of urban vitality and the motive force of social development.Vegetable markets are closely related to agricultural and sideline products circulation, food safety and hygiene, residential public services and other social issues, but also closely related to construction and urban planning.Based on the theory of architecture and urban design, the paper regards vegetable market as an organic part of urban space, and makes a careful study of the distribution, spatial characteristics and public properties of vegetable market.The research focuses on 47 vegetable markets in the old city of Beijing.This paper studies the relevant policies and regulations of the vegetable market at the national level, the local level and the district level in Beijing in recent years, briefly introduces the history of the development of the vegetable market in the old city of Beijing, and summarizes the related research and construction of the vegetable market at home and abroad.Based on the theory of old city protection and open space construction, this paper analyzes the special urban background of the vegetable market in the old city of Beijing, and emphasizes the close relationship between the construction of the vegetable market and the active protection of the old city and the establishment of livable environment.In this paper, the scale and distribution of the vegetable market in the old city of Beijing are studied, and the distribution law and characteristics are analyzed in combination with the urban function, the population density, the vegetable retail network, the old city district and so on.The paper carries on the field investigation and the related data collection and collation to the vegetable market space construction present situation.According to the different spatial patterns, the vegetable market in the old city of Beijing is divided into four categories: continuous shop market, centralized market, subsidiary market and decentralized market.This paper discusses the characteristics of architecture and the relationship between architecture and the active protection of the old city and the shaping of public space, analyzes its success and existing problems, and makes a comparative analysis of a large number of foreign vegetable market construction cases.The paper summarizes the current situation of the vegetable market in the old city of Beijing and the influencing factors of its future development, referring to the theoretical research results and practical experience of the foreign vegetable market renewal practice project.This paper puts forward the macroscopic strategy and the development suggestion on the micro space transformation of the vegetable market construction in the old city of Beijing, that is, it takes root in the old city environment, adapts to the modern demand, and combines the vegetable market construction with the city development.Pay attention to the strategy of sustainable development, pay attention to the fine design of space, improve the quality of space, and create the space of public activities which has both the traditional cultural connotation and the innovation of the times.
