三元共聚马来酰亚胺型减水剂的合成与作用机理的研究

【摘要】:以过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,N-聚乙二醇单甲醚-N′-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺(MPNCM)、甲基丙烯磺酸钠(SMAS)和丙烯酸(AA)为聚合单体,合成N-聚乙二醇单甲醚-N′-氨基甲酰马来酰亚胺-甲基丙烯磺酸钠-丙烯酸聚羧酸系减水剂(SP)。通过FT-IR谱图对SP结构进行表征。以净浆流动度、表面吸附量和水泥颗粒表面等性能为指标,研究马来酰亚胺型减水剂的作用机理。试验结果表明,其分散机理主要是由于SP分子中的阴阳离子基团与水泥颗粒之间形成络合作用和静电作用,使水泥浆体流动性提高。
[Abstract]:Using ammonium persulfate (APS) as initiator, poly (ethylene glycol monomethyl ether) -N (N-butadiene) -carbamyl maleimide (MPNCMN), sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMASA) and acrylic acid (AAA) as polymeric monomers,Synthesis of N-polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-N-N-carbamyl-maleimide-sodium methallyl sulfonate-acrylic polycarboxylic acid series water reducer.The SP structure was characterized by FT-IR spectra.The mechanism of Maleimide superplasticizer was studied based on the properties of slurry fluidity, surface adsorption and cement particle surface.The experimental results show that the dispersion mechanism is mainly due to the complexation and electrostatic interaction between the anionic and cationic groups in SP molecule, which enhances the fluidity of cement paste.
