设计施工团队交付泰国绿色建筑项目的成功关键因素

【摘要】:建筑行业消耗大量世界资源的同时也对社会和整个世界的环境产生显著的影响,例如温室气体,同样都市扩展中的泰国在城市快速增长中也产生了各种污染问题,这些问题仅有资源再回收和增加植树面积是不够的。因此可持续建筑像绿色建筑,必须著重减少行业产生的环境损害问题。由于绿色建筑在最几年越来越受到瞩目,它的市场需求也将迅速在未来加速膨胀,是设计和施工团队从客户或开发公司的需求中将这样的概念理想落实为真实的建筑,因此绿色建筑项目成功与否在某种程度上取决于设计和施工团队。然而目前只有少数企业知道如何设计、施工并同时应用绿建筑工法。因此,找出泰国在绿色建筑项目交付过程中可能影响的因素将对设计和施工团队带来显著的益处和意识。这项研究的主要目的是为设计施工团队和项目参者明确一系列的重要因素和关键的架构且引导他们在泰国提供成功的绿色建筑项目。结果显示类别因素的重要性;首排名的因素都从这三种被分类。然后进而发现这些因素之间的基本关系,因子分析方法则又将这些因素缩小到更关键的簇团,因此有助于成功绿色建筑项目的关键成功因素框架是建立在这项研究中。该框架假设并建议成功的绿色建筑项目是由项目参与方、管理相关的因素和项目参与者的绿色技术能力等相关因素组成,其中项目参与者的成果还取决于项目相关与其外部因素。此模型只限於泰国绿色建筑LEED或TREES的认证,且集中於新建项目和主要装修评级系统方面,从这项研究结果希望能给建筑师、工程师、顾问和承包商提供一个可预测性且能提高其性能的指南并有效地交付成功的绿建筑项目。最后,此研究结论和建议都是对於未来改善的基础作讨论。
[Abstract]:While the construction industry consumes a great deal of world resources, it also has a significant impact on society and the environment of the world as a whole, such as greenhouse gases, and Thailand, which is expanding its cities, also has a variety of pollution problems in its rapid urban growth. These problems are not enough only to recycle resources and increase tree-planting area. Therefore, sustainable buildings, like green buildings, must focus on reducing the environmental damage caused by the industry. Since green buildings have been attracting more and more attention in recent years, its market demand will expand rapidly in the future. It is the design and construction team that will translate such concepts into real buildings from the needs of customers or development companies. So the success of the green building project depends to some extent on the design and construction team. However, only a few enterprises know how to design, construct and apply green construction method. Therefore, identifying the factors that may affect the delivery of green building projects in Thailand will bring significant benefits and awareness to the design and construction team. The main purpose of the study was to identify a range of key factors and key structures for design and construction teams and project participants and to guide them in providing successful green building projects in Thailand. The results show the importance of category factors; the factors in the top ranking are classified from these three categories. Then the basic relationship between these factors is found, and the factor analysis method reduces these factors to more critical clusters. Therefore, the key success factor framework for successful green building projects is based on this study. The framework assumes and recommends that successful green building projects consist of project participants, management factors and the green technology capabilities of project participants, The outcome of the project participants also depends on the project and its external factors. The model is limited to LEED or TREES certification for green buildings in Thailand and focuses on new projects and major decoration rating systems. Consultants and contractors provide a predictable and performance-enhancing guide and deliver successful green building projects effectively. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this study are discussed on the basis of future improvement.
