大连富丽华国际公寓超限项目抗震设计与分析

【摘要】:当今时代,世界经济加快发展,科技水平飞速提高,超高层建筑作为城市地标,正以前所未有的速度不断崛起。据统计,世界上已建成的超高层建筑中,高度前10名中,有7幢位于亚洲地区,5幢位于中国。可以看出,中国的超高层建筑在未来将会加速发展,并将跻身于世界前列甚至成为核心发展力量。目前,依据既有理论和经验,超高层建筑较多采用钢-混凝土混合结构的结构形式。这种结构形式在结构受力方面比较合理,同时在建筑使用功能上也能实现合理布置。不仅比普通混凝土结构提高了延性,同时也改善了钢结构在稳定性和耐火性方面的弱势。因此,混合结构的超高层建筑既提高了结构安全性,也合理降低了结构造价,达到安全与经济的统一。本文对大连富丽华国际公寓进行了超限设计与分析。结构高度210.90米,地上55层,楼顶设停机坪。结构塔楼采用框架-剪力墙结构,底部加强区采用型钢混凝土剪力墙,其他楼层采用普通钢筋混凝土剪力墙。本文利用中国建筑科学研究院研发的PKPM和北京盈建科软件股份有限公司研发的YJK结构设计软件,按照中国最新的《建筑抗震设计规范》GB50011-2010中的“三水准、两阶段”的性能设计方法,对本工程进行多遇地震作用下的弹性性能分析和罕遇地震作用下的弹塑性性能分析,考察结构的抗震性能设计目标。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of the world economy and the rapid improvement of science and technology, super high-rise buildings, as city landmarks, are rising at an unprecedented speed. According to statistics, 7 of the top 10 supertall buildings in the world are located in Asia and 5 in China. It can be seen that China's super-tall buildings will accelerate development in the future, and will be among the world's leading and even become the core development force. At present, according to the existing theory and experience, steel-concrete hybrid structure is used in super-tall buildings. This kind of structure form is reasonable in the aspect of structure force, and can also realize reasonable arrangement in the function of building use. It not only improves ductility compared with ordinary concrete structure, but also improves the weakness of steel structure in stability and fire resistance. Therefore, the super-tall building with mixed structure not only improves the safety of the structure, but also reasonably reduces the cost of the structure, and achieves the unity of safety and economy. This article carries on the over-limit design and the analysis to Dalian Fulihua international apartment. The structure is 210.90 meters high, 55 floors above the ground, apron is set on the roof of the building. The frame shear wall structure is used for the tower, the steel reinforced concrete shear wall is used for the bottom strengthening area, and the common reinforced concrete shear wall is used for the other floors. In this paper, we use the YJK structural design software developed by PKPM developed by China Institute of Architectural Sciences and Beijing Ying Jianke Software Co., Ltd., according to the "three levels" in China's latest Code for aseismic Design of buildings (GB50011-2010). The two-stage "performance design method is used to analyze the elastic performance of the project under the frequent earthquake and the elastic-plastic property under the rare earthquake, and to investigate the design objective of the seismic performance of the structure."
