基于采光模拟的重庆地区传统风貌街区建筑布局设计优化研究

【摘要】:笔者在调研重庆地区传统建筑的天然采光过程中,发现由于地理气候条件、居住文化心理、生活习惯等原因,使得重庆地区传统街区的街巷、院落布局组合趋向于较为紧密和狭小的方式,,这种相对紧促的布局方式会制约建筑室内的天然采光。天然采光对人的的生理、心理上都有着重要的影响,国家在2013年出台了新版《建筑采光设计标准》对建筑天然采光提出了更高的要求。本文基于传统街区建筑布局方式与其采光的关系,从传统街区建筑布局的角度来优化设计其天然采光。 文章建立在对传统街区的街巷和院落建筑采光调研分析的基础之上,以Desktop Radiance作为本文的模拟工具,以布局影响因素及其大小变化的传统建筑采光模拟比较分析方法作为本文的研究方法,从街巷宽度、布局方式、转折角度三个方面,阐述了这三个布局因素变化下的街巷建筑采光变化规律以及优化布局尺寸的合理取值,同时,从改善采光的效果的角度,比较了这三个因素,论述了采光优化方式的合理选取;从院落面积大小、长宽比值两个方面,阐述了它们与院落建筑采光的变化规律,论述了布局组合优化方式和优化尺寸的合理选取;结合建筑规划学的相关知识,总结出“1.自由、松散、灵活的群落布置方式有利于建筑采光”、“2.仅仅依靠增加街巷宽度是一种效率相对较低的改善建筑采光的方法”、“3.街巷布局影响因素的合理取值”、“4.基于改变院落面积大小的采光优化设计”、“5.基于改变院落长宽尺寸比值的采光优化设计”五点设计策略;最后,将相关设计策略应用于云阳张飞庙景区码头接待区项目,优化接待区的布局设计,同时,运用模拟的方式验证了优化方案,并从基于满足建筑设计要求和改善采光效果两个方面评价了优化方案。 通过上述调研、模拟分析以及相关策略的总结与运用,以希望本文的研究方法能够为基于建筑布局设计的采光模拟优化的相关研究提供借鉴和参考;同时,本文中的相关布局设计策略为传统街巷和院落的布局设计提供一些可供参考的设计依据;从研究方法和设计策略两个方面弥补了当前基于布局设计的传统建筑采光研究的不足。
[Abstract]:In the course of investigating the natural lighting of traditional buildings in Chongqing area, the author found that due to geographical and climatic conditions, living culture psychology, living habits and other reasons, the streets and alleys of traditional blocks in Chongqing area were made. The combination of yard layout tends to be more compact and narrower, which will restrict the natural lighting of the building interior. Natural lighting has an important influence on human physiology and psychology. The new edition of Architectural Lighting Design Standard was issued in 2013, which puts forward higher requirements for architectural natural lighting. Based on the relationship between the traditional architectural layout and its lighting, this paper optimizes the design of natural lighting from the perspective of the architectural layout of traditional blocks. This paper is based on the investigation and analysis of the lighting of traditional streets, alleys and courtyard buildings, and takes Desktop Radiance as the simulation tool of this paper. This paper expounds the changing law of street and lane building lighting under the change of these three layout factors and the reasonable value of optimizing layout size. At the same time, from the point of view of improving the lighting effect, it compares these three factors, and discusses the reasonable selection of lighting optimization mode. From two aspects of yard area size and ratio of length to width, this paper expounds the changing law of lighting between them and courtyard buildings, discusses the rational selection of layout combination optimization method and optimized size, and summarizes the relevant knowledge of architectural planning. The five point design strategy based on changing the ratio of length to width of courtyard; finally, the related design strategy is applied to the project of reception area of the terminal of Zhang Fei Temple scenic spot in Yunyang, and the layout design of reception area is optimized, at the same time, The optimization scheme is verified by simulation, and the optimization scheme is evaluated from two aspects: meeting the architectural design requirements and improving the lighting effect. Through the above research, simulation analysis and the summary and application of relevant strategies, I hope that the research method of this paper can provide reference and reference for the related research of lighting simulation optimization based on architectural layout design; at the same time, The related layout design strategies in this paper provide some reference design basis for traditional street and courtyard layout design, and make up the deficiency of traditional building lighting research based on layout design from two aspects: research method and design strategy.
