基于人居舒适度的居住区景观设计

【摘要】：随着社会的发展,人们对生活的要求不仅仅停留在对物质生活的追求上,更加注重对精神生活的享受,对居住环境的要求也不仅仅满足于对功能的要求,而是追求由安全、卫生、美观、功能齐全、健康等综合因素所带来的舒适的居住环境。居住区景观设计的优劣观直接影响居住环境的舒适度,影响着居民的生活质量。做为居住区共享环境的居住区室外环境,如何将其通过景观设计的方式营造成居民共同的温馨家园,并满足不同年龄、不同性别、不同层次的居住者需求,是本文研究的重点。通过对居住区室外环境的景观设计,营造出满足人们生理需求和心理需求的舒适的居住环境,是本文的研究目的。居住区景观舒适度的研究对营建高品质的居住环境及提高生活质量有重要意义。本文主要通过对文献的学习研究,对案例的分析研究,对居住区景观的实地考察,初步了解了居住区景观设计的研究现状、背景、居住区景观和舒适性的概念,发现了其中的问题如缺乏文化特色、对自然景观不重视、缺少低碳设计、缺少对人性的关注、缺乏实用性、景观形式单一。根据以上研究提出了基于人居舒适性的景观设计原则,包括安全性的设计原则、功能性的设计原则、美学性设计原则、参与性的设计原则、可识别性的设计原则。总结了基于人居舒适度的设计方法,并将研究结果应用于居住区景观设计实践,以华仁高尔夫居住区景观规划设计为案例,再设计中融入人居舒适度的设计理念,从水景、道路、广场、植物景观设计、环境设施等方面入手,营造出舒适的居住环境。通过研究得出,营建舒适的居住环境既是营建满足居民健康、机体舒适等的生理要求,以及满足居民的安全感、自豪感、归属感、愉悦感等心理需求的景观环境。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, people's demand for life is not only the pursuit of material life, but also the enjoyment of spiritual life, and the requirement of living environment is not only satisfied with the requirement of function, but also the pursuit of security. Sanitary, beautiful, functional, health and other comprehensive factors brought by the comfortable living environment. The view of residential landscape design directly affects the comfort of residential environment and the quality of life of residents. As the outdoor environment of residential area sharing environment, how to build it into a common residential warm home through landscape design, and to meet the needs of residents of different ages, different sexes and different levels is the focus of this paper. Through the landscape design of the outdoor environment of residential area, it is the purpose of this paper to create a comfortable living environment to meet the physiological and psychological needs of people. The study of residential landscape comfort is of great significance to the construction of high-quality living environment and the improvement of quality of life. This paper mainly through the study of literature, case analysis, residential landscape field investigation, preliminary understanding of residential landscape design research status, background, residential landscape and comfort concept, It is found that such problems as lack of cultural characteristics, lack of attention to natural landscape, lack of low-carbon design, lack of attention to human nature, lack of practicability, single form of landscape. Based on the above research, the principles of landscape design based on habitat comfort are put forward, including the design principle of safety, the principle of functional design, the principle of aesthetic design, the principle of participatory design and the principle of identifiability. This paper summarizes the design method based on the comfort of human settlements, and applies the research results to the practice of landscape design of residential areas. Taking the landscape planning and design of Huaren Golf Residential District as a case, the design concept of the comfort of human settlements is incorporated into the design. Roads, squares, plant landscape design, environmental facilities and other aspects to create a comfortable living environment. Through the research, it is concluded that building a comfortable living environment is not only to meet the physiological requirements of residents' health and body comfort, but also to meet the psychological needs of the residents such as security, pride, belonging, pleasure and so on.
