高抗震设防地区超高层钢结构柱脚安装技术

【摘要】：宿迁中央国际购物广场工程插入式巨型钢柱柱脚伸入混凝土筏板内1m。筏板混凝土浇筑前,安装钢柱柱脚。针对工程施工难点,经方案比选,采用锚栓架及锚栓杆的悬空法施工工艺和双螺母调节技术,避免混凝土二次浇筑。介绍了锚栓架安装、锚杆安装、双螺母设置、柱脚安装、钢柱校正等关键技术点,保证了施工质量,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。
