闭口阶梯型管桩水平承载性状模型试验研究

【摘要】:通过室内模型对比模型试验,对闭口的阶梯型预制管桩和闭口等截面预制管桩进行水平载荷模型试验研究,从荷载 位移曲线、临界水平荷载以及桩身弯矩分布等方面对阶梯型管桩的水平承载性状展开定性的研究。结果表明:阶梯型管桩水平荷载 位移曲线同等截面管桩一样均为缓变型,且阶梯型管桩水平承载力大于平均直径相等的等截面管桩,其提高程度与管桩平均直径大小存在着密切的关系。阶梯型管桩单位体积临界水平荷载较等截面管桩有不同程度的提高,变截面比越大,单位体积临界水平荷载大小也越大,材料利用率越高。阶梯型管桩改变了等截面管桩单个弯矩极值的情况,在大小管节上都出现弯矩极大值,并随阶梯型管桩变截面比的提高,大小管节上的弯矩极大值比值有不同程度的下降。与平均直径相等的等截面管桩相比,阶梯型管桩小管节上的弯矩大小得到了较大程度的提高,使下部桩身受力更合理,材料利用率更高。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the horizontal load model test is carried out on the closed step prefabricated pipe pile and the closed section prefabricated pipe pile through the model test of indoor model, and the displacement curve is obtained from the load and displacement curve. The critical horizontal load and the bending moment distribution of the pile body are studied qualitatively on the horizontal bearing behavior of the stepped pipe pile. The results show that the horizontal load and displacement curves of stepped pipe piles are all of the same slowly modified type, and the horizontal bearing capacity of the stepped pipe piles is larger than that of the same section pipe piles with equal average diameter. The degree of improvement is closely related to the average diameter of pipe pile. The critical horizontal load per unit volume of stepped pipe pile is higher than that of equal section pipe pile. The bigger the ratio of variable section is, the larger the critical horizontal load per unit volume is, and the higher the material utilization ratio is. Step type pipe pile changes the case of single moment extremum of the same section pipe pile, and the moment maximum value appears on the big and small pipe joints, and with the increase of the ratio of the variable section of the step type pipe pile, the maximum value ratio of the bending moment on the big and small pipe joint decreases to some extent. Compared with the uniform section pipe pile with equal average diameter, the bending moment on the small pipe joint of the stepped pipe pile is greatly improved, which makes the lower pile body more reasonable and the material utilization ratio higher.
