仙河现代生态农业示范园区总体规划研究

【摘要】：仙河现代生态农业示范园在原有的农业用地基础上，对1500亩范围内的土地进行规划，建设以现代新型生态农业园区为目标，集中体现，现代生态种养殖技术，现代高新科技技术及现代生物技术，强调园区在整个县、市、乃至全国起到带头示范作用。在仙河现代生态农业示范园整体规划研究中，采取以实地调研、理论分析等方法找出适合于仙河现代生态农业示范园发展的方式，主要从绪论、现状分析、指导思想、设计理念、功能分区、园区项目、产业类型、运行机制、实施保障、效益分析进行对园区的分析。一、绪论。主要涉及到文本的研究目的与意义、对国内外农业园区发展状况、研究内容与方法及现代农业园区规划的支撑理论，目的是进一步了解我国现代农业园区发展现状，并且对仙河现代生态农业示范园研究奠定理论基础。二、现状分析、指导思想、设计理念。以仙河区位资源、自然资源、社会条件进行分析，清晰的了解仙河发展现状，制定园区优先发展相关理念。三、功能分区、园区项目、产业类型。论述对园区整体布局、空间划分、项目布置与产业定位的总论，，主要形成生态养殖、观光旅游、科技展示、乡村体验，设施种植及加工物流等七大产业。四、运行机制、实施保障、效益分析。在园区规划中，采取统一建设、统一管理的运行机制，对现代农业园区进行有效的组织领导制定优惠配套政策，保证园区效益的可持续发展。这项规划设计研究中阐述了环境保护在园区规划中起到的作用，为以后园区实现经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的持续发展起到了一定的作用；促进农业方式的根本改变，从而带动和发展第三产业，拓宽农工就业渠道,改善农业环境。园区的建成，将对仙河乡产业结构调整产生巨大影响。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the original agricultural land, the Xianhe Modern Ecological Agriculture demonstration Park plans the land within 1500 mu, and takes the modern new ecological agricultural park as the goal. Modern high-tech technology and modern biotechnology emphasize that the park plays a leading role in the whole county, city and even the whole country. In the whole planning research of Xianhe modern ecological agriculture demonstration garden, the methods of field investigation and theoretical analysis are adopted to find out the way suitable for the development of Xianhe modern ecological agriculture demonstration garden, mainly from the introduction, the present situation analysis, the guiding ideology, etc. Design concept, function zoning, park project, industry type, operation mechanism, implementation guarantee and benefit analysis. First, introduction. It mainly involves the research purpose and significance of the text, the development of agricultural parks at home and abroad, the research contents and methods, and the supporting theory of the planning of modern agricultural parks, in order to further understand the current situation of the development of modern agricultural parks in China. And to the Xianhe modern ecological agriculture demonstration garden research establishes the theory foundation. Second, the present situation analysis, the guiding ideology, the design idea. This paper analyzes the resources, natural resources and social conditions of the Xianhe River, and makes a clear understanding of the current situation of the Xianhe River development, and formulates the concept of priority development of the park. Third, the function division, the park project, the industry type. This paper discusses the overall layout, space division, project layout and industrial orientation of the park, mainly forming seven industries, such as ecological farming, sightseeing, science and technology display, rural experience, facility planting and processing logistics. Fourth, the operation mechanism, the implementation safeguard, the benefit analysis. In the planning of the park, the operation mechanism of unified construction and management should be adopted, and the effective organization and leadership of the modern agricultural park would be carried out to formulate preferential supporting policies to ensure the sustainable development of the park's benefits. In this planning and design study, the role of environmental protection in the park planning is expounded, which plays a certain role in realizing the sustainable development of the economic, social and ecological benefits of the park in the future, and promoting the fundamental change of the agricultural mode. In order to promote and develop the tertiary industry, expand agricultural and industrial employment channels, improve the agricultural environment. The completion of the park will have a huge impact on the adjustment of the industrial structure of Xianhe Township.
