企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统研究

【摘要】:随着社会的进步和科技的发展,供水远程监控与故障报警系统领域实现了长足的发展,企业通过建立自动化供水远程监控与故障报警系统,对水资源合理配置、节能考核、泄漏故障诊断、降低职工劳动强度、高效管理等方面均具有重要价值。由于技术局限、环境复杂等原因,很多企业的供水远程监控与故障报警系统存在收集数据信息量少、数据实时性差、效率低、误差大、系统封闭、自动化程度低等不足。本研究依托新型传感器、Zigbee无线通讯、Web发布、GSM短信息、组态软件等技术,设计了企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统,实现了数据采集、无线传输、在线监测和分析、短信报警、可视化界面及远程监控与故障报警等功能。 通过研究国内外企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统的发展及现状,阐述了现有技术下企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统的不足,并介绍了企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统的改进措施及未来的发展方向。详细阐述了企业供水系统在远程监控与故障报警方面的研究成果,提出一套设计方案,实现对现有企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统的改进。 企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统包括水源井系统和供水管网系统。水源井系统要合理配置水源,综合各管网水量需求,适时控制水源井水泵工作状态参数;管网系统主要检测各个用水点的状态信息,对水源的配置起到了积极作用。故障报警主要分为水源井故障报警和供水管网管道泄漏报警。故障报警系统结合模糊计算理论,分析了水源井水泵故障;采用漏水声波检测法、流量计差度法、管道水压力波动检测法,对管网漏水故障进行了分析。 本系统采用主从式工作方式运行,从站负责采集各个采集点的数据信息,主站负责收集信息并且存储信息。各从站将采集的数据信息,通过Zigbee无线传输给主站,主站经过数据信息的处理,做出相应的判断决策,反馈给分站。上位机组态软件与SQL server数据库技术相结合,实现数据信息存储、历史数据查询等功能。与GSM短信收发技术相结合,实现长距离、异地通过手机短信即可查看系统运行的数据信息。与INTERNET互联网技术相结合,实现在任何时间、任意有网络的地方都能查看系统运行的动态实时信息,进而实现数据共享、信息共享、系统各网络节点共享等功能。通过可编程逻辑控制器PLC、数据采集模块、Zigbee无线通讯模块、以太网模块等硬件协调工作,使系统具有运行可靠性高、稳定性强、抗干扰能力强、通讯实时性好等特点。 通过现场实际安装调试和试运行,证明了系统具有可靠性高、稳定性好、通讯传输误码低、数据传输精确可靠等特点,有效解决了目前大多数企业供水远程监控与故障报警系统存在的问题。
[Abstract]:With the progress of society and the development of science and technology, the field of remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply has been developed greatly. Leak fault diagnosis, labor intensity reduction and efficient management are of great value. Because of the limitation of technology and complex environment, the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in many enterprises has some shortcomings, such as less data information, poor real-time, low efficiency, large error, closed system and low degree of automation, etc. Based on the technology of GSM short message and configuration software, the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in enterprise is designed, which realizes data acquisition, wireless transmission, on-line monitoring and analysis, short message alarm, etc. Visual interface and remote monitoring and fault alarm functions. By studying the development and present situation of remote monitoring and fault alarm system for water supply in enterprises at home and abroad, the deficiency of remote monitoring and fault alarm system for water supply in enterprises under the existing technology is expounded. The improvement measures and future development of remote monitoring and fault alarm system for water supply in enterprises are also introduced. In this paper, the research results on remote monitoring and fault alarm of water supply system in enterprises are described in detail, and a set of design scheme is put forward to improve the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in existing enterprises. Water supply remote monitoring and fault alarm system includes water well system and water supply pipe network system. The water source well system should allocate water reasonably, synthesize the water demand of every pipe network, control the working state parameter of water source well pump in time, and the pipe network system mainly detects the state information of each water point, which plays an active role in the allocation of water source. Fault alarm is mainly divided into water well fault alarm and pipeline leakage alarm. Based on the fuzzy calculation theory, the fault of water pump in water well is analyzed, and the leakage fault of pipe network is analyzed by using the detection method of water leakage sound wave, the difference method of Flowmeter and the detection method of water pressure fluctuation in pipeline network. The system operates in master-slave mode. The slave station is responsible for collecting the data of each collection point, and the master station is responsible for collecting information and storing information. Each slave station transmits the collected data information to the master station by Zigbee wireless. The master station processes the data information to make the corresponding judgment decision and feedback to the sub-station. The upper computer configuration software and SQL server database technology are combined to realize the functions of storing data information and querying historical data. Combined with GSM short message sending and receiving technology, remote and remote mobile phone SMS can be used to view the data information of the system. Combined with INTERNET Internet technology, it can view the dynamic real-time information of the system running anywhere at any time, and then realize the functions of data sharing, information sharing, sharing of network nodes and so on. By means of PLC, Zigbee wireless communication module, Ethernet module and so on, the system has the characteristics of high reliability, strong stability, strong anti-interference ability and good real-time communication. It is proved that the system has the characteristics of high reliability, good stability, low communication error code and accurate and reliable data transmission. It effectively solves the problems existing in the remote monitoring and fault alarm system of water supply in most enterprises.
