基于物联网技术的楼宇健康监测系统的研究与设计

【摘要】:在我国经济发展的推动下,房地产业得到了空前的发展,规模逐年增长在房地产业发展的同时,人们对住房安全也有了更高的要求但是随着近年来地震和楼宇火灾的频发,以及一些豆腐渣工程的不断增加,高层楼宇的健康状况引起了人们的担忧然而造成楼宇健康问题很重要的原因是没有一个完善的楼宇健康监测系统因此设计一个能为高层楼宇及时提供维护依据的楼宇健康监测系统可以大大减少国家建筑损失,保障人民生命安全,此设计利国利民,势在必行 众所周知,当今社会物联网技术发展迅猛,它在楼宇中的应用已成为热门话题随着人们对生活质量追求的日益增长,一个健康安全的住所已成为人们的必需,基于物联网技术的楼宇健康监测系统也就成为了高层楼宇安全的有效保障 本文以中交滨江国际二期17号楼为研究对象,对基于物联网技术的楼宇健康监测系统进行了研究和设计主要内容包括以下几个方面: (1)利用多传感器进行实时监测从楼宇应力性倾斜度温湿度烟雾浓度四个方面对传感器进行选型和布设,利用多传感器对楼宇的健康数据进行实时采集 (2)把ZigBee无线传输技术应用到建筑行业通过ZigBee的选型和数据发送端接收端的研究设计,利用ZigBee技术把多传感器采集到的数据无线传输到系统终端,ZigBee在楼宇健康监测中的运用,推动了工业自动化和建筑业的友好合作,,也推动了智能建筑的发展 (3)利用LabVIEW软件处理楼宇监测数据把无线传输来的监测数据用LabVIEW软件进行处理,实现模糊控制算法,通过数据处理结果鉴定楼宇的健康状况 本系统运用先进的物联网技术,以低廉的成本,准确的完成了楼宇的健康监测,为楼宇的维护提供了依据,对保障楼宇安全和居民生命安全具有重要意义
[Abstract]:Driven by the economic development of our country, the real estate industry has got unprecedented development. The scale of the real estate industry has been increasing year by year. At the same time, people also have higher requirements for housing safety. But with the frequent earthquakes and building fires in recent years, And a growing number of bean curd projects, The health status of high-rise buildings is a source of concern, but the important reason for building health problems is that there is no perfect building health monitoring system, so it is designed to provide a timely basis for the maintenance of high-rise buildings. Building health monitoring systems can greatly reduce the loss of national buildings. To ensure the safety of people's lives, it is imperative that this design be beneficial to the country and the people. As we all know, the technology of Internet of things is developing rapidly, and its application in buildings has become a hot topic. With the increasing pursuit of quality of life, a healthy and safe residence has become a necessity for people. Building health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology has become an effective safeguard for the safety of high-rise buildings. In this paper, the research and design of building health monitoring system based on Internet of things technology are carried out with the 17th Building of Binjiang International Phase II as the research object. The main contents include the following aspects: 1) using multi-sensor to monitor real-time the sensor selection and layout from four aspects of stress inclination, temperature, humidity and smoke concentration, and using multi-sensor to collect the building health data in real time. The ZigBee wireless transmission technology is applied to the design of the construction industry through the selection of ZigBee and the research and design of the receiving end of the data sending terminal, and the application of the ZigBee technology to the wireless transmission of the data collected by the multi-sensor to the system terminal, ZigBee, is used in the building health monitoring. It has promoted the friendly cooperation between industrial automation and construction industry, and has also promoted the development of intelligent buildings. Using LabVIEW software to process building monitoring data, the wireless monitoring data is processed by LabVIEW software, fuzzy control algorithm is realized, and the health status of buildings is identified by data processing results. The system uses advanced Internet of things technology, with low cost, accurate completion of building health monitoring, for building maintenance provides a basis for the protection of building safety and the safety of residents have an important significance.
