某小区外窗及墙体渗水问题鉴定分析

【摘要】：近年随着建筑行业的迅猛发展及建筑工程的数量增多,难免会出现一系列的工程质量问题,特别是外窗及墙体渗水现象也日益突出。通过具体工程外窗及墙体渗水问题的检测鉴定,利用淋水试验、水密性实验等,找出该工程外窗及墙体存在的质量问题,并分析其渗水原因,为以后外窗及墙体施工提供一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the construction industry and the increase in the number of construction projects, it is inevitable that a series of engineering quality problems will occur, especially the phenomenon of water seepage from outside windows and walls is becoming increasingly prominent. The quality problems of the outer window and the wall of the project are found out by testing and identifying the seepage problems of the exterior window and the wall of the project, and the reasons for the seepage are analyzed by using the sprinkling test and the water tightness test, etc. It provides some reference for the construction of outer window and wall.
