含裂纹网络水泥基材料的渗透性

【摘要】:为了研究裂纹网络对水泥基材料渗透性的影响,采用人工制造裂纹再拼接的方法得到不同开裂程度的薄片试件,对开裂试件表面的二维裂纹形貌特征进行了定量分析,包括裂纹的密度、取向、裂纹宽度等。测试了普通混凝土和砂浆材料的等温吸附与脱附曲线,得到两种材料的水分特征曲线。并用水分迁移的多相流模型模拟试件的干燥过程,同时对比干燥实验中不同开裂程度试件的质量变化以回归其对应的本征渗透系数。结果表明:裂纹密度大于临界阈值0.3时,相对渗透系数增加迅速;渗透系数与裂纹的宽度成指数关系,指数为1.945,接近立方定律中渗透系数与宽度的二次方关系。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of crack network on the permeability of cement based materials, the thin specimens with different degree of cracking were obtained by using the method of artificial crack splicing, and the characteristics of two-dimensional crack morphology on the surface of cracked specimens were quantitatively analyzed. Including crack density, orientation, crack width and so on. The isothermal adsorption and desorption curves of ordinary concrete and mortar were measured and the water characteristic curves of the two materials were obtained. The drying process of the specimens was simulated by using a multi-phase flow model of water migration, and the corresponding intrinsic permeability coefficients were regressed by comparing the mass changes of specimens with different cracking degrees in drying experiments. The results show that when the crack density is greater than the critical threshold 0.3, the relative permeability coefficient increases rapidly, and the permeability coefficient is exponentially related to the crack width, the exponent is 1.945, which is close to the quadratic relation between the permeability coefficient and the width in the cubic law.
