基于系统动力学的施工项目质量控制研究

【摘要】:随着经济的快速发展,我国的建筑行业迅速地成长起来。工程项目与普通项目不同,,具有投资数额大、施工难度高、施工工期长、施工技术复杂、质量要求高、质量影响因素多、施工参建方多等几大特点,并且还存在着许多不可预见的因素。国家财产与人民生命安全直接受工程质量的影响,建筑企业要想长久发展,工程的社会效益和适用性要想提高,就必须重视施工项目质量问题,严格控制施工过程。我国施工项目的质量管理还不成熟,面临着很多问题,提高施工项目的质量管理水平亟待解决。 本文首先介绍了国内外工程建设中质量控制的研究现状及发展动态,指出了目前我国工程质量控制中存在的问题。接着阐述了系统动力学的基本理论知识,并介绍了系统动力学软件——Vensim PLE,以及施工项目质量控制相关原理。随后分析了施工项目质量控制现状,阐述了现有施工项目质量控制制度及取得的成效,论述了施工项目质量管理存在的问题。接着重点阐述了系统动力学在施工项目质量控制中的应用。运用质量管理统计分析工具鱼刺图以混凝土施工质量问题为例分析了影响施工项目质量的因素,论述了应用系统动力学方法分析施工项目质量控制问题的可行性,利用系统动力学软件绘制了因果回路图,介绍了质量控制系统中存在的涟漪效应和连锁效应,系统分析了质量控制的影响因素,绘制了施工项目质量控制因果回路图,并具体分析了各因素之间的反馈关系,通过原因树和使用树的分析,明确了各变量之间的关系,构建了基于系统动力学的影响因素关系模型。根据施工项目质量控制的过程,建立了施工项目质量控制系统动力学模型,模拟出施工项目中的各要素随时间变化发展情况。最后,根据前面的分析,有针对性的提出了改进施工质量的意见及措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy, the construction industry of our country grows rapidly. Different from ordinary projects, engineering projects are characterized by large amount of investment, high difficulty in construction, long construction period, complex construction technology, high quality requirements, many factors affecting quality, and many construction participants. And there are many unforeseen factors. The national property and the people's life safety are directly affected by the project quality. If the construction enterprise wants to develop for a long time and the social benefit and applicability of the project are to be improved, it must attach importance to the quality of the construction project and strictly control the construction process. The quality management of construction projects in our country is not mature and faces many problems, so it is urgent to improve the quality management level of construction projects. This paper first introduces the research status and development trends of quality control in engineering construction at home and abroad, and points out the problems existing in quality control in China at present. Then the basic theory of system dynamics is introduced, and the software Vensim PLE is introduced, and the quality control principle of construction project is also introduced. Then it analyzes the present situation of construction project quality control, expounds the existing construction project quality control system and its achievements, and discusses the problems existing in construction project quality management. Then the application of system dynamics in quality control of construction project is expounded. In this paper, the factors influencing the quality of construction project are analyzed by using the fish-spurs chart, which is a statistical analysis tool of quality management, and the feasibility of analyzing the quality control problem of construction project by using system dynamics method is discussed. The causality circuit diagram is drawn by using the system dynamics software, the ripple effect and the linkage effect in the quality control system are introduced, the influencing factors of the quality control are analyzed systematically, and the causality circuit diagram of the construction project quality control is drawn. Through the analysis of the reason tree and the usage tree, the relationship between the variables is clarified, and the relationship model of the influencing factors based on the system dynamics is constructed. According to the process of construction project quality control, the dynamic model of construction project quality control system is established, and the development of each element in construction project with time is simulated. Finally, according to the previous analysis, the paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the construction quality.
