紧凑城市理念下地铁站综合体设计研究

【摘要】:城市自诞生之日起就承载着诸多内在矛盾,它们是城市和社会进步的推动力。当今,城市作为产业、入口、资源集聚之所,承受着过多的压力:人口膨胀,环境污染,能源危机,交通拥堵……种种负面因素的出现,使得探索一条可持续的城市发展之路迫在眉睫。同时,我国以地铁为代表的城市快速轨道交通正处于大规模建设的关键时期,如何利用这一机遇,引导城市的可持续发展是值得我们研究的关键问题。 紧凑城市理论提倡一种高密度而多样变化的城市,通过城市功能的相互叠加来增加能源的适用效率,减少消耗和污染,追求可持续发展,是一种基于土地资源高效利用的城市发展模式。地铁站域的土地综合利用在紧凑城市理念中有着重要意义,地铁站综合体的形成更是有着深刻的必然性与必要性。研究紧凑城市理念下的地铁站综合体的设计,是为了发挥地铁站综合体城市触媒的作用,优化城市空间结构,引导城市的紧凑化发展。 本文结构共分为四大部分,第一部分是绪论,对国内外在地铁站综合体和紧凑城市理论的研究现状进行了分析说明,阐述了论文的研究思路和主要研究内容。第二部分是第二、第三章,揭示了地铁站综合体形成与发展的必然性,以及其基本类型;通过论述紧凑城市理念与地铁站综合体的相关性,进一步分析了紧凑城市理念下地铁站综合体的特征、功能构成与空间形态。第三部分是第四、第五章,首先从三种规模尺度对相关案例进行了剖析;然后分别从功能组织、空间构成、流线组织、空间品质塑造等角度论述了紧凑城市理念下地铁站综合体建筑设计方法及策略。第四部分是第六章,从理论联系实际的角度,对我国现阶段地铁站综合体设计中的难点问题进行了分析,并给出了相应的发展建议。
[Abstract]:Since its birth, cities have carried many internal contradictions, which are the driving force of urban and social progress. Nowadays, cities, as industries, entrances and resource agglomeration, bear too much pressure: population expansion, environmental pollution, energy crisis, traffic congestion. With the emergence of various negative factors, it is urgent to explore a sustainable urban development road. At the same time, the urban rapid rail transit, represented by the subway, is in the critical period of large-scale construction. How to make use of this opportunity to guide the sustainable development of the city is a key problem worthy of our study. The compact city theory advocates a high-density and varied city, which can increase the energy efficiency, reduce the consumption and pollution, and pursue sustainable development through the superposition of the functions of the city. It is a kind of urban development model based on the efficient use of land resources. The comprehensive utilization of land in subway station area is of great significance in the concept of compact city, and the formation of subway station complex has a profound necessity and necessity. The research on the design of subway station complex under the concept of compact city is to give play to the role of the city catalyst of subway station complex, optimize the urban spatial structure, and guide the compact development of the city. The structure of this paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction. It analyzes and explains the current situation of the research on subway station complex and compact city theory at home and abroad, and expounds the research ideas and main research contents of the paper. The second part is the second, the third chapter, has revealed the subway station complex formation and the development inevitability, as well as its basic type, through discusses the compact city idea and the subway station complex correlation, The characteristics, function composition and spatial form of subway station complex under the concept of compact city are further analyzed. The third part is the fourth, the fifth chapter, first from three scales of scale to analyze the relevant cases; and then from the functional organization, spatial composition, streamline organization, This paper discusses the design method and strategy of subway complex under the concept of compact city. The fourth part is the sixth chapter, from the point of view of integrating theory with practice, this paper analyzes the difficult problems in the design of subway station complex in our country at present, and gives the corresponding development suggestions.
