输电导线的舞动及扰流绳防舞效果的研究

【摘要】:覆冰输电导线舞动是输电导线在冰、风等多种因素耦合激励下的一种低频率、大变形的非线性瞬态振动。在现实工程中,它直接威胁着输电线路安全运行,例如当输电导线舞动严重时,舞动会使相邻输电导线碰撞而产生闪络,并引起跳闸,甚至使输电体系瘫痪。因此,研究输电导线舞动的原因和找出防止输电导线舞动的方法具有重要的实际意义。研究输电导线在静力荷载下的形状时,考虑相邻档与绝缘子对输电导线端部约束的影响,找出输电导线在静力荷载作用下二维简化模型,并推导沿输电导线轴线的刚度系数,然后用ANSYS中的APDL语言编写了找出覆冰输电导线形状的程序,并用解析法验证程序的可行性,最后笔者研究了不均匀覆冰荷载等因素对输电导线形状的影响。计算结果表明,在计算输电导线找形时,应考虑不均匀覆冰对输电导线悬垂状态的影响。研究覆冰输电导线在风荷载作用下舞动时,作者找出了输电导线舞动时的三维简化模型,并推导了等效弹簧刚度系数,然后采用轴向不可压缩材料及释放弯曲自由度的bean188梁单元,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对覆冰输电导线舞动现象进行研究,通过已有文献验证了有限元计算输电导线舞动现象的有效性,最后比较了不同风速、初始风攻角、档距、初张力及平动阻尼比等因素对输电导线舞动规律和幅值大小的影响。研究结果表明,风速、初始风攻角、档距、初张力及平动阻尼比等因素都影响着导线舞动的最大竖向振幅。在研究扰流绳防舞效果时,笔者先用Fluent软件模拟了中山口覆冰导线的气动力系数,然后用中山口导线气动力系数试验数据验证了笔者计算气动力系数方法的可行性,最后笔者对缠绕扰流绳的覆冰导线气动力系数做了分析。研究结果表明,扰流绳对抑制由Denhartog舞动机理引发的舞动效果比较好,但对由Nigol扭转舞动机理引发的舞动效果不是很好。
[Abstract]:Iced transmission wire galloping is a kind of nonlinear transient vibration with low frequency and large deformation under coupling excitation of ice wind and other factors. In practical engineering, it directly threatens the safe operation of transmission line. For example, when the transmission line gallops seriously, the galloping will make the adjacent transmission line collide and cause flashover, and cause tripping, even paralyze the transmission system. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the causes of transmission wire galloping and to find out the methods to prevent transmission wire galloping. When studying the shape of transmission wire under static load, considering the influence of adjacent file and insulator on the constraint of transmission wire end, the simplified two-dimensional model of transmission wire under static load is found, and the stiffness coefficient along the axis of transmission line is deduced. Then the program of finding the shape of iced transmission conductor is written by APDL language in ANSYS, and the feasibility of the program is verified by analytical method. Finally, the influence of factors such as uneven icing load on the shape of transmission wire is studied. The results show that the influence of non-uniform icing on the traverse drape state should be considered in the calculation of transmission wire shape finding. In this paper, the simplified three-dimensional model for the galloping of iced transmission conductors under wind load is found, and the equivalent spring stiffness coefficient is derived. Then using the axial incompressible material and the bean188 beam element which releases the bending degree of freedom, the galloping phenomenon of the ice-coated transmission wire is studied by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software. The effectiveness of finite element method for calculating the galloping phenomenon of transmission lines is verified by existing literatures. Finally, the effects of different wind speed, initial wind attack angle, span distance, initial tension and translational damping ratio on the galloping law and amplitude of transmission lines are compared. The results show that the maximum vertical amplitude of galloping is affected by wind speed, initial wind angle of attack, spacing, initial tension and the ratio of translational damping. In order to study the anti-dance effect of spoiler rope, the author first simulates the aerodynamic coefficient of ice-coated wire in Zhongshan mouth with Fluent software, and then verifies the feasibility of calculating aerodynamic coefficient method with the test data of aerodynamic coefficient of Zhongshan mouth conductor. Finally, the aerodynamic coefficient of ice-coated wire is analyzed. The results show that the scrambling rope has a better effect on restraining the Denhartog galloping mechanism, but it is not very good on the Nigol torsional galloping mechanism.
